youtube has failed to open fr 2 weeks now, it was working well before but on opening it of recent, it displayed this message below till now yet other tabs open well and my internet connection is stable

Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.youtube.com.

Non of the torproject.org site load on firefox they timeout. How do I access the torproject.org domains?

Mozilla repeatedly fails to connect to the server at https://hqpaperround.net/ which I need daily. It connects to any other website I request. I am using an old laptop after my shop desktop broke down. It has never connected to that site. Can you suggest why?
