Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. I downloaded a PDF and used Firefox to view the file. I'm trying to find key words in the PDF and I always get phrase not found. As a test I inputted a word I found in the document but find in page stated phrase not found. What am I doing wrong? I remember that I have used that feature in the past and it worked.

Starting early this morning I could not open a website (where I purchase supplements) I have accessed in the recent past. I added the address to the DNS listing but that didn't help. In the verification lock icon in front of the address it says the connection is secure. But below it states the Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla. Prior to 1/22/25, I had no issues opening this or other websites. It doesn't matter if I have my VPN turned off or not, the website does not open. Was the Mozilla update of 1/22 the cause? If so, how do I rectify the issue I currently have? If not, how do I rectify the issue I have?

I use a news site for my home page. Like everything else it wants me to sign in with an account. Is there any way I can get my home page to open on the news site already logged in to my account, or do I have to just sign in every time. I hope I'm making myself clear - I don't know if I'm using the right terminology here.

On approximately Jan 15th 2025, I was blocked from accessing my internet provider's website/my account.

I have worked with their techs on two occasions to resolve any possible issues on their end. We have determined that the problem is with Firefox/Mozilla's security, as they show no blocks on their end.

We tried with a new account, new passwords, but are still blocked. Please advise. I have enclosed a screen shot of what happens when logging in.

I am trying to download videos from a site that I newly subscribed to. The videos do stream perfectly. The files do not download as video files and will not open at all. When I click on the download link, there is no recognition of a download happening and when I check my files later I have an "internet" file showing with a title but without a video file extension and nothing will open. The file extension is ".html". I am following the step by step instructions from the site involved. Other sites videos are downloading as expected.

Does firefox need to be my default browser? Any suggestions how to remedy this without losing what is working? Are there plug-ins that can address this issue?

I have notbyte messages popping up with Firefox logo on them. How do i stop this happening? Tried to uninstall notbyte but cant find it. Can you assist. Thanks, John Dobson

I can't log in to certain sites even though they've been on my favourites list for years, i.e. bank account and grocery shopping. I can log in to them using Edge , so what's gone wrong with Firefox. Is the latest updates to blame ???

After using the "recent browsing" menu in the top left corner of FF and opening certain websites from the "import tabs from other devices" menu it has completely broken a handful of websites on my PC entirely, even using other browsers.

The page will load but no content is displayed, no links or media, just a blank white page. This is consistent among these websites even among other browsers including Chrome and Edge.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF multiple times, cleared cache/history, hard PC resets, refreshed FF, Uninstalled and reinstalled every browser. The issue persists.

These websites still function perfectly fine on mobile FF and Chrome. I've exhausted website permissions, app permissions, etc. The issue still persists. These websites were functioning just minutes before I tried importing them from the other devices tabs. Something about that functionality has completely broken them on my PC.

Everyday I get pop ups usually for car parts, all for ICE cars and I have an EV these days . . . . . Please stop sending them. Is that possible? Regards, [edited email from community support forum]

See attached screenshot. It just randomly happens from time to time, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I've used both Chrome and Firefox with the same results. Help!
