I am being locked out of my Firefix desktop linux account using Ubuntu. It had me successfully change my password yesterday and today won't accept any of my known present and previous passwords.

I’m recovering from being hacked and scammed. So, I want to download Foxfire and Mozilla apps again. I also contributed to Mozilla. I’m somewhat tech savvy, but need assistance when getting new apps downloaded and installed.

Apple had to clear my computer after last Tahoe update issue. I’m unable to get back into either Firefox or Mozilla accounts. I have current key for Mozzilla and both Firefox and Mozilla passwords. Tried using Apple account password which showed invalid but works fine for iCloud dot com. I’m trying to get Firefox reinstalled. Any suggestions?

I would like to sign in my email address [editedfrom public] @gmail.com & I keep getting the notice, invalid email address. They want me to sign in another old email address [edited from public] @sympatico.ca that I don`t use anymore as well as that password for it.

I uninstalled Firefox and then downloaded the latest version. When I tried to log in, I found that clicking the login button didn't respond, which led to the inability to log in! I logged in successfully using the troubleshooting mode. However, when I used a vpn to access some websites like github (i am a student in china), the login status dropped and I needed to log in again. But at this time, clicking the login button didn't respond. I hope this problem can be fixed. Otherwise, if I can't log in and use the vpn, I will have to try using other browsers. But I really like Fiefox! Thanks!

Dear Mozilla

for over a week now all efforts to login to my Mozilla has been a time wasting effort, I have followed all the instructions including initial using the correct password, resetting and confirming my New Password; and also entering my32 character account recovery key all to no avail. At each stage the entered characters are indicated in the red box with a writing underneath that it is wrong. All the above parameters are securely stored in my computer and a notebook.

Mozilla, how are you going to solve this problem. Just as you Firefox updated you do not check well to see whether they work well or not, and you push them out to the public. Besides you also force to update my versions which I have not given you permission.
