I keep getting pr_connection_reset_error messages in Firefox version 148.0 64 bit. I have purchased the windows 10 OS with extended updates and am running version 22H2 os build 19045.6937 do you have any suggestions on fixing this problem? When I am in my gmail account and using Firefox and I need to do a password reset that is when I receive the above error message.

"Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor."

I’ve been troubleshooting a strange networking issue in Firefox that I haven’t been able to pin down, and it seems to be specific to Firefox’s network stack rather than my system or connection.

On several high-traffic sites that sit behind Cloudflare (Discord, Shopify storefronts, some SaaS dashboards), Firefox occasionally stalls during page load. The request shows up in the Network panel as pending for several seconds before finally completing. Sometimes the page partially renders and then hangs until the stalled requests finish.

A few things that make this confusing:

• The same sites load instantly in Chromium-based browsers on the same machine and network • The issue persists even in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode with extensions disabled • DNS over HTTPS on/off does not appear to change behavior • Packet captures show the TCP connection is established quickly, but some HTTP/2 streams appear to wait before data begins flowing • If I force HTTP/1.1 using a proxy for testing, the issue disappears

System details:

OS: Windows 11 Firefox: latest stable release Connection: fiber, low latency, no packet loss locally No system proxy configured

Things I’ve already tried:

• Clearing cache and site data • New Firefox profile • Disabling hardware acceleration • Testing with network.http.http2.enabled toggled • Comparing HAR logs with Chromium

One thing I noticed in the Firefox networking logs is that multiplexed streams sometimes wait behind earlier streams longer than expected, almost like there’s some internal prioritization or queue behavior happening. I’m wondering whether this could be related to HTTP/2 prioritization logic, connection coalescing, or how Firefox handles Cloudflare edge endpoints.

Has anyone seen similar behavior or knows whether there are any advanced networking prefs in about:config worth experimenting with (connection limits, HTTP/2 concurrency, etc.)?

Curious if this might be a known quirk with certain CDNs or just something unique to my environment.

I need step by step instructions in order to make the changes that Mozilla/Firefox wants me to do. I have also been having medical issues which is affecting me mentally. Right now I am totally confused, and I don't know what to do.

bonjour, quand j'utilise Firefox pour consulter mon compte bancaire, les pages ne s'affichent plus maintenant, alors qu'il y a plusieurs mois elles s'affichaient. Je n'ai pas ce problème si j'utilise "Chrome" ! Merci de m'expliquer pourquoi cette fonction ne "marche" plus. Quand j'utilise "Firefox", j'aimerais bien que cela se fasse totalement en Français !!! I have happily used Firefox for years now, but I avoid using AI for both privacy and environmental reasons. I am extremely concerned by Mozilla's increased emphasis on these technologies. I do not want, nor will I put up with, new AI features in my browser. If the company continues this push, I will move to a different browser. It'll be very annoying, and I'll be really upset about it, but it's what I'll have to do if y'all keep going down this path. Please stop.

I don't know how to fix this in Firefox.

I have an issue with grouped tabs but I know where the grouped tabs are, I click the arrow facing down and it doesn't show the grouped tabs that I had, I don't know if it's because I turned off my PC when firefox was still open but I do that most of the time, when I opened firefox it said that it couldn't restore previous session or something like that and next thing I notice is that all my grouped tabs are gone. Is there a way to get them back?

I wish to switch to a new primary laptop. I normally use multiple machines in the course of a day. I have probably hundreds of open tabs on my main computer and even though I checked "Open Tabs" for sync, they never show on my other devices.

Following previous help recommendations I searched for the json sessions file...it doesn't exist anywhere on my system. The only other "help" was to "tap" tabs in the lower right corner. There is nothing in the lower right corner unless, perhaps on a phone, which isn't the device in question.

I hope this goes somewhere, like a representative email or something. But I use firefox because it's user and cpu friendly, and it isn't spying on me like Google. I can disable so many analytics and have privacy extensions. Re: your new CEO's intro article, I find it infringing upon my privacy to force AI features on my browser like this. Your primary userbase does not want this.
