The bookmarks disappeard on the toolbar or in the library even though the sites that were previously bookmarked are still marked with the blue star. Comically it still shows my recent additions even though they are nowhere else to be found.

On mobile the bookmarks are still there but resynching, reinstalling, restarting didn't work.

When i want to bookmark the disappeared ones again, they won't be saved and are gone again the next time I start the browser.

It's really annoying, I had a lot of them and I don't want to use desktop shortcuts or use another browser but I might just have to.

I want replace firefox Windows Mozilla MSIX 1- 0 package browser from ms store with regular downloaded version but I do not want to lose all my settings.

How do I go about this?

Firefox is my preferred browser, and I have a very comprehensive list of bookmarks with folders and subfolders. Recently, whenever I add a bookmark through 'Manage Bookmarks' to access this list more easily than 'bookmark this page' > 'edit bookmark' & > 'Choose', it works the first time only; after that if I add another the second will not appear. If I close the 'manage bookmarks' window & reopen it & scroll to where I was before (a time consuming exercise), I can see that it did add the bookmark— for some reason it does not show when I do. This happens if the window is idle more than a few moments. Ideas how to fix?

All of a sudden my web address bar at the top of the screen disappears when I open a web address and I have to push my mouse to the top of the screen to make it appear? Didn't used to do this.

Why can´t my email within Outlook not be shown. "error" Your email cant be shown at the moment. Try again lather or check your Internet connection.

In other browsers an android phone there is no problems. P.s. I have just updated Firefox. to version 127 for Linux Kind regards Bent

Firefox is my default browser...but when i open it.. MSN Browser opens first and i have to 'click' the+ add button to go straight to firefox...why is that happening? I have checked how to stop MSN browser loading from youtube video...adjusting the reg-edit process..rebooted and redone a few times....but still when i click on my firefox app...this is what happens every time?

i keep getting sent to .ca sites instead of the .com that i had typed in and wanted to go to ie: yahoo.com discovery.com

There was no yahoo.ca or hotmail.ca when i got my email accounts and i only deal with originating networks Discovery.com not ripoffs like ctv.ca/discovery.

This is really annoying. I've had that feature disabled since I first started using Firefox as I feel it defeats the purpose of incognito tabs to make it obvious when you have them open, and I prefer keeping all my tabs organized in a specific way

I've checked about:config and that feature is still set to false, I've checked about:studies and there's nothing that looks like it would impact private browsing. I've tried restarting both Firefox and my computer, the tabs are still separate

Anyone have any ideas on what to do now?

I am on a LinuxMint machine (21.2 - Cinnamon), using Firefox for LinuxMint 001-1.0 - 127.0(?)

When trying to access https://onlineradiobox.com/us/draculascastle/, Firefox reports a playback error. Chromium is opening it with no problems.

Firefox is also opening other stations on the onlineradiobox, without a problem. Tried all kinds of setting changes to no avail.

Can you please HELP?

My computer was on during the week-end and when I came back home I noticed we had a couple of power outages. Computer restarted automatically (Win 10 22h2) and when I launched Firefox, it started as brand new with all my addons gone and none of the previous session restored (I had 4 Firefox browsers opened with each 20+ tabs opened).

I have tried looking at C:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles but found nothing of interest. Where is everything and how can I restore everything I had ?

I even tried Troubleshooting mode and downgrading to a former version of Firefox (126.0.1 64 bits).

I have had some issues using Firefox and I was told that the website works better with Google Chrome by a support person. For the last recent issue, I was told a website doesn't work correctly basically with Firefox and that I needed to use Google Chrome or Edge. I recently received an email from Mozilla which had a link to an article titled, "Here’s what we’re working on in Firefox" at: link text and in the article in large print it says, "Bringing you the features you’ve been asking for." I didn't see any mention about increasing Firefox's compatibility with websites.

Hopefully, somehow comparability with websites will be made better.

Hi, the turbotax website forced me to update Firefox and since I did, I am no longer able to open the browser at all. The error message reads, "You can't use this version of the application "Firefox" with this version of OS X. You have OS X 10.11.6. The application requires OS X 10.12 or later." Unfortunately, from what I have read, I can't get that update that on my iMac (21.5inch, late 2009) OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6. Is there any way to downgrade the Firefox install? I can't even see what previous version of Firefox I had before because I can't open the browser anymore. If anyone can help I would be super grateful. Thanks in advance!

After Firefox updated to v127 YouTube videos stopped working for me. They work fine on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Considering this only started happening with the latest update and the fact that YouTube videos work fine on other browsers the problem I feel has to be somewhere in Firefox. When I try to play a video I get the white circle going around in the center of the screen and the video does not play.

I have used Firefox to access my Zoom accoutnfor several years. Today, the screen goes blank when I click on sign-in. This does not happen with other browsers on my PC. Help....

So does anyone know of or can recommend a translator Addon that works like what is implemented in Chrome that can translate on-the-fly? If not exactly but can do close to what Chrome can do?

I'm having problems logging into any/all Wordpress dashboards following the latest Firefox (V127) update. The 'verifying' screen continues to cycle but doesn't produce the login screen. I can get them to work in Troubleshooting Mode. This also works when the 'New Tab Override' Add-on is disabled too. I've tried ALL of the recommended custom tab plugins with the same results, so it suggests a common incompatibility.

Have cleared cookies and browser cache. WP login works on all other browsers.

Would be grateful for any help and/or suggestions.
