The longer and longer I use Firefox it starts having difficulty displaying webpages. The formating is off, images show but are in wrong areas, and makes navigating and viewing the page very difficult. But once I run the IE engine to display them thru fire fox everything looks the way it should. I have version 3.5.9

I have just been informed that the back-end of the Joolma CMS will not save changes made with Firefox 3.6 but an old version will work fine. Where can I find downloads of old releases?

everytime i open firefox, a vertical bookmark tab appear at the left side of the browser.it disappear and re -appear continuously.it's very annoying

I need to save the history on my computer without anybody knowing it is being deleted and i need to know what is going on with my computer. Please help if you have any suggestions.

On my Mac, I use Firefox as my main Internet browser. When I open Firefox and type in certain keywords in the browser bar, they used to take me directly to the website. For example if I just typed in "apples wiki" it would take me right to the Apples Wikipedia page. Or if I typed in the words "best buy" it would take me right to Best Buy's main website instead of having to type out the entire URL. Now when I do that, it just takes me right to Google's homepage.

When I enter a password and user name Firefox dose not show the toolbar that says "do you want Firefox to remember this password yes or no" I went to the options to make sure that the box is checked where it says "remember passwords" and it still dose not show up. I even tried to restart Firefox. Do I need to reinstall the program or something?

There is this mean mainland china website that pretends to be my home page, and I cant get rid off it. Everytime I open my firefox, it leads me to it directly. I had tried to clear my history and the cookies from this website. I even change my home page back to the original firefox page, but if I open my browser, the mean website will still take over first. Then if I click home page botton, I can go to my original firefox page. This is really pissing my off, Can someone please help me out???

I was prompted to add encryption to a https site that I created. I think that the encryption was listed on a page, but I did not stop to print the page. Was it on the page? Any help is appreciated in recovering the encryption setting!

I'm trying to block certain sites my son has been using, which are using up too much of our internet. I need to know how to block these site so he can't get onto them, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to. I'm not talking about a filter, I need something more specific than that.

I am currently using a shared internet connection, and I am using firefox as my internet browser. Everything works fine for me, untill I go to www.youtube.com and then whenever i click on any video, I lose my internet connection, as soon as I come out of youtube the connection re-establishes itself and continues to work as normal. Again, untill I try to use youtube and it crashes again.... It used to work fine for me, I have had problems before using internet explorer and my friend suggested using firefox which has been fine untill now. Any ideas? I have looked about trying to find a solution, but this just doesnt make sense nor can i find any answers?

It appears to me, something, or some settings somewhere have a continuous effect on my connection settings....

Firefox / internet will not connect after avast trial ends - firewall problem?! HELP!

Hi, I had avast on 30 day free trial & didnt sign up when I had to pay for the full version. Since then my internet connection is down - in both firefox & IE. I get a message 'A program or firewall is not compatible with windows vista' on boot up. Then internet will not connect.

I have tried uninstalling avast (and mcaffee) and have switched off the windows firewall - all to no avail! I have checked all other things with the connections - leads etc.

PLEASE HELP! How can I get back on the internet?!

so lets say im at a picture on firefox well if i wanna save it it wont let me back click to pop up the thing so i can save just the same thing with copy and paste it wont let me back click to hit copy i have to go up in the toolbar and hit edit and copy and not being able to save pictures is a big inconvienence
