Dear sirs,

I have been a loyal longtime firefox/mozilla user going back to netscape in the 1980s. I am contemplating changing my default browser to safari and stopping using firefox.  I am a research scientist and infectious disease specialist.  My publications can easily be found by googling/searching "Stephen Beres".  I am having a difficulty that when I connect to the National Center for Biological Information (NCBI) Microbial Genomes Database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/browse#!/prokaryotes/) to search genetic/genomic information for microbial pathogens relevant to my research, the page in firefox no longer displays properly  allowing me to conduct searches of the database.  This is not a problem if I switch to safari and plug in the exact same URL.  I cannot be loyal to firefox if it does not work.

I've tried going in safe mode, turning of my Facebook container. Deleting cache. Signing out of Facebook. Also adjusting the backspace key in my Config. Having no problems on my Android phone or when using Opera. It's on on Firefox and on Facebook. FACEBOOK screen suddenly moves to the bottom of the screen when I am typing a comment. Whenever I hit SHIFT+alpha_letter at the beginning of a line OR simply hit the backspace key, the screen suddenly shifts to the very bottom of the page again even if I have tried to scroll the page back up to the middle of the screen manually. This shifts the entry area where I'm typing down and sometimes off of the visible screen entirely. Just hitting the backspace to correct a typo causes the screen to scroll on its own. I have to scroll back down to the entry box and if I make another typo, it happens again.

In order to reproduce:

1. Browse to klarna.com 2. click on [login] and then [login for customers] 3. page will redirect to https://app.klarna.com/login?market=de&utm_campaign=header-login-link&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=klarna 4. (you should have an account, if not just create one and proceed with following step) 5. click on [sign in] 6. enter email assigned with your account 7. click on [Confirm and Continue] 8. (a verification code is sent to the email or phone assigned with your account) 9. enter verification code 10. page will redirect to https://app.klarna.com/ and will show a frame where to adjust settings about how klarna will collect data by tracking technologies. 11. click on any button to close that frame (accept all / required settings only,...) ---> Does not work :-(

I used to be able to access my HSA web site but now I get the Firefox error above. I have disabled my firewall, cleared my cache and still am unable to access the web site. Can someone help?

after upgrading to the latest version of fire fox I cannot access the router setup page. I think that the versions after v97 require TLS 1.2 or later. My router apparently does not support this. How can I access my router to update it's firmware. If I can't access the setup pages. Is downgrading to a version before v97 an option? is there any other work around. I want to establish a http:// not https:// connection with the router.

I live in the northwest of USA and I use Banner Bank. The bank's "bill pay" service has quit working on Firefox. I've contacted them four times about this problem and each time they've got me connected only to fail the next time I try to use it. I've used Firefox for many years and I don't want to drop it for this one problem. Has this problem occurred with others? Maybe someone from Mozilla can contact them and fix the problem. r

I use this extension, which I believe is supplied by Mozilla...... When i'm in a Google Sheet, and try to change the font size in a cell, "SWIFT SELECTION" pops up, and shortly after that, the google sheet pops an error msg: UNABLE TO LOAD FILE.....RELOAD

Hi there, I have not been able to log into my school account from my firefox browser which is my preferred browser. I thought it was something with my school account, but i discovered i can open it on any other browser out there. Any suggestions? I have cleared all cookies from this site. Thank you in advance,

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

I am an employer and use Indeed website to hire staff. I can log into my Indeed web account and can access all webpages except the Jobs webpage, the most fundamental part of this exercise.

I contacted Indeed and phone rep said to use Google Chrome which worked easily.

I am a dedicated Firefox user and do not want to use Google Chrome. Please fix this access problem which forces an employer to use Chrome to hire his workers.

Hello, I am using Firefox from like 10 years ago and it is my favorite browser all the time. I never have this problem before. However, recently after there was an update in Mozilla Firefox 100, I met some errors a few times. First, when I start the mozilla, it always say I need to update to the newest version which is I did a couple times and the error is still there when i restart the mozilla. It is same as this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/1264949. i already try to solve it using the solution in that thread but no successful.

Second, when I am away like 10 minutes without using the browser, it got disconnected. I cannot using it like there is no connection (my internet is always on and I tried using other browser and it is on). I need to close the mozilla and start again and it become connect again.

When typing comments on YouTube videos, pressing the spacebar, does not work. In order to achieve space, I need to hold the "Shift" key while pressing the spacebar.

When typing the comment, if I only hit the spacebar, a blue line surrounds the area where the text is being typed. See attached screenshot.

This tab [ https://www.weatherforyou.com/maps/elmira-mi-interactive/45.06444/-84.85611 ] worked just fine before the last update (101.0 for W7), and now it doesn't. It should show a radar map of my local area. Just FYI.

Hello, I haven't been able to get Firefox to work for 2 days, after completely uninstalling the program and installing it several times, it still doesn't work, the only thing left is a black screen and it doesn't respond, the strange thing is that in safe mode it works and if I close the user interface of my session PC and I open another, Firefox does work, but I don't know what the error could be, I already tried almost all the solutions on the web and nothing, the program is virgin without add-ons or extra configurations, also if I close it, the program keeps running in the background and you have to force it to stop with the task manager, I would really appreciate an answer

I've been using Firefox for a week now and every time I work on my clients WordPress websites they show this message after a few hours of working on them:

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to 4everyoung.com.br. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

When this message appears I need to restart my computer for the website to load again, when I use the websites on Chrome they don't show this error but if this error appears on Firefox, the website also stops loading on Chrome until I restart my computer. I've realized that activating and deactivating plugins will make this error appear but sometimes I'm just working on the website normally. This doesn't happen on any other websites, only my clients websites that I manage. All of them use WordPress but some are hosted by Hostgator and others are hosted by Hostinger. I've followed the steps of every forum post out there about this issue, contacted my hosting providers and they have no idea as to what may be causing this issue.

‘When i am on ebay after 4 or 5 selections everything locks up only way to free it is up is close Firefox browser then I'm unable to launch fire fox for several minutes sometimes have to do restart of pc!. Only site happens on. I asked ebay they didn't help completely unable to shop. Please help! I'm retired rocket Scientist go figure! Bruce Allen

For some time now FF will not open certain sites that it used to, these sites all open and function normally in other browsers such as Opera. The most important being my online bank! I have contacted the sites involved and they cannot understand why. I have cleared Cache, cookies etc. I'm using FF 88.0 on Ubuntu. Can you help?

To be honest I do not know whether it is talking about the website or Firefox in general. I can use Firefox on all other websites in different tabs. I can use the Bank website using either Chrome (at work) or Edge (at home), but I do not want to have to use Edge if I can help it. I have deleted all cookies and data on this computer and that did not do any good.

Please help!!
