Tab or sometimes the Firefox process crashes when playing youtube video after a while. The tab / process doesn't crash immediately but will continue playing the video for as long as almost 1hr before crash.

OS: Manjaro Linux Viedo card: Nvidia 3060.

I am trying to setup my firefox so that all the cookies and cache are deleted when I close my browser, except for cookies and cache for a select few sites [so I do not have to keep logging into my email account]. However, despite the fact that i have created an exception for my email provider with the status of `allow`, I still have to keep logging into my email account whenever I open firefox on my mac.

Please fix your browser related to my iMac because I see three browsers that showed up on the right bottom corner like last time I used an app, and other two apps I don't remember. It is strange that I have three Firefox apps on the dock at the bottom screen right corner.

iMac Mini computer version: 13.3 (macOS Ventura 13.3.1) Firefox version: 112.00 (64 bit) I think that this is the problem.

Fire Fox on my iMAC prevents sign in to https://www.barnesandnoble.com/ I am running Ventura and 112.0 I have followed all of the trouble shooting steps. The only one the works is running Fire Fox in safe mode.

Firefox macOS V112.0 fires up many copies of itself when the "Quit" menu choice is selected. This behavior has been seen on both a M1 and M2 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3.1. This behavior started when the 112 update was applied.

I've deleted and then reinstalled Firefox. This did not change the behavior.

I originally switched browsers to Firefox because other browsers would not open Candy Crush on Facebook. I have been using Firefox as my main browser for a few years now and like it very much, but out of the blue it just quit letting me open Candy Crush on Facebook. Completely stops (freezes) my laptop when I try. Won't even let me log out of Facebook. I can now open it on other browsers, but what happened to Firefox???

Here is the message I get: The file at /Users/michaelalexander/Downloads/AnnualReportReturn-2.pdf is not readable.

   It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be preventing access.

When I close Firefox 112, I get a duplicate Firefox icon in my dock.

I have a 24" IMAC and am running Ventura 13.2.1

How do I stop these extra icons from planting themselves in my dock.

This just started yesterday, with the download of 112.

I have been trying to use the option to sync passwords from Chrome and it will not work. I have a csv file of my passwords, but it seems you have disabled that option. Please advise.

When I go to Target.com and click on the search box to search for an item, Firefox isn't letting me enter any text! It's like the search box doesn't exist. Why can't I enter text here?

I'm on Mac running Ventura 13.3.1 and the latest Firefox 112.0.1 (64-bit)

Clear history tab is not displaying properly (right side cut short) after opening a few amazon pages and then trying to clear history. It shows the full clear history window if firefox is restarted.

Good morning I downloaded the most recent update this am and I now can not open outlook. I do disaster relief work and it's important I have access to my outlook account.

I have the bookmarks set to "always show" on my macbook, and there is no issue with the bookmarks when in window mode, but when fullscreen they disappear :( Additionally, when I set firefox in windows mode, there is a white bar at the top that does not leave. It is about the side of the tab section in the browser.

When I log on to the HGTV website, it refuses to go any further after I enter in all of the data required! When I use another browser (Safari), it works! Help!

I'm extremely frustrated with firefox at this point for not being able to do something very simple which google chrome has. I want to organize my tabs into groups so that the next time my tabs close unexpectedly, I can open all of the ones from that group. I naturally organize them right now into windows and I minimize the window if I'm not using the tabs in that window. However, my new laptop cannot handle having more than 3 windows with 5 tabs open at a time. Last week, I was on a video call and firefox closed all of my windows that I had organized my tabs into. Once I was able to reboot firefox, I could not click "restore session" because I needed to get on the video call. Then the "restore session" button was lost. Many of the tabs I haven't touched for a few weeks, even though they were all organized together, I can't find them in my history together because I wasn't using them all on the same day and some of them were sitting unused but on a digital to do list within that window. I've tried every single tab organizer that is "recommended" on the firefox extensions and they all suck. I don't understand why they automatically hide my tab groups and then I can't open them again, I don't understand why I need to duplicate a tab to mark it in a certain container, it just feels like none of these are simple and none of them will do what I want them to. I want to speak to a real person. I need help. I don't think I can use firefox anymore. Why is there no help people here.

I logged into my bank acct. as usual to check my balance and transactions. All went well until I reached my balance figure. Usually, I click on that balance figure to reveal the previous transactions. This time and all following times, the transactions did NOT appear! Long story/short, I contacted Key Bank's Customer Support only for them to tell me that Key does not support Firefox browsers anymore 'after their security updating!' They suggest switching to mainstream browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge!

I have been a satisfied user of Firefox for years now and don't want to change now! I suspect that because Firefox has good security features, this has become "undesirable" to mainstream business sites because they prefer the mainstream browsers that have (Browser Fingerprinting technology) to track the activities of the users of their sites!!! My question now is: Can Firefox find a way to fix this problem???

Over a year ago, I was trying to create a keyboard shortcut when searching in the Firefox address bar. I don't remember exactly what I did, but now when I type in "LNP" to begin the search, it was supposed to route me to a google search of a particular website. It doesn't work and I get this:

If I go to the new Google CSE user site, there's nothing in the account. I deleted some of my Firefox extensions, nothing. Can anyone figure out what I did and how I can get rid of it?
