I was signed in to my firefox account on my laptop, but then my laptop broke and cannot be recovered. I had my account set up to sync my data (i have email confirmation of this) so I signed in to firefox on my phone to retrieve passwords, bookmarks, etc. I reset my password to enter because I didn’t remember what it was (it was saved on the laptop). But none of my data appears on the mobile app. Is there a way to access my data still?

My bookmarks have not appeared . I have wasted 12 hours x 2 days and followed your instructions . I have not been able to find my bookmarks . I have noticed this is a common and chronic problem with many users . After donating money for years this is very diisappointing.

If I restart my computer I shouldn't have to set up all new tabs. I have lost a lot of valuable information that has always been in my tabs area. Can you restore them? I have lost everything. There is not an option to restore tabs on the 3 line area.

I asked a question about how to sync my new laptop with the one on this old laptop (Windows 10) The problem I had is that the codes Mozilla sent to my email. That email is so slow that by the time I receive it, it already expired. This is the answer I got from a robot: One thing you could try is logging in to your email via a browser instead of the email app which could speed up the time it takes for you to get the email. Another solution is to manually copy the profile on your old computer putting it on a usb stick and the opening it on your new computer.

1. I always log onto my email via Firefox browser, and it still does not arrive before the code expires. 2. I went into my profile a clicked on "Copy Profile." Firefox copied my profile and asked me to rename it. I did that. Now there are two copies of my profile -- the original and the renamed one -- but my question now is: How do I copy it onto an USB drive? or how to "manually" copy my profile?

When I select text on my Fiverr account, it automatically reads the text aloud. This only happens on Fiverr. For example, when I click on the Fiverr Inbox, it says “Inbox” aloud. I want to disable/block this audio feature. Could you please help me turn it off?**
