I am not able to login to my Gmail account on Mozilla Firefox for the last week, I am able to login through other browsers and on my phone but on my laptop I could not login to my Gmail. Can you please help me with this? I will attach the screen shot of the window that I see when I try to login.

Since about October 2024 suddenly in Firefox all checklists of synchronized iCould Notes appear with the checkpoints shown just as black boxes and cannot be used anymore with a checkmark Y/N as before. Pls see the picture attached.That is not the case on Microsft Edge. What can I do?

Hello, I don't know what is happening. I cannot use the search bar on safeway.com site. All my account information is present including my past purchases, my account info, and all settings. BUT, it will not allow me to search any product. When I type Eggs, I get a message that says there is no search results for Eggs and to check my spelling. I have talked with Safeway customer support 4 times and they don't have a solution but for me to clear cache and temp files. I have done that dozens (not exaggerating) times and the problem persists. Please help. The idea to use Edge or Chrome are not something I choose to use.

Trying to pay £14.99 with a credit card on website www.sa2000.co.uk the card is handled by Worldpay. Clicking submit after completing card details is ignored. Sa2000 told me to use a different browser, which worked. Will this be fixed?

so what makes firefox suddenly annoy WSJ site so it pops captcha and blocks me every time even if i turn off all the ublock like extentions and turn on javascript enabled.

it doesn't even show the picture so i have to listen to the numbers... don\t like this.

When Firefox logs onto yahoo the Stock chart OHLC is not showing the OHLC....

Tried different formats, with HLC showing with the HLC not clear as widen range looking at.

Earlier format of yahoo OHLC worked fine, recent months the OHLC chart is not showing.

Reported earlier to yahoo, and am wondering if my Firefox settings may be causing this problem ?

While in ProCore I will open the drawings and Firefox will present it correctly with the markups tools. After 2 or 3 drawings the markups box will no longer show up. I have to go to Firefox settings and delete the cache, restart ProCore and the drawings will go back as they should be.

I GET FLAGGED ON PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE. IT SAYS I AM USING AN ADBLOCKER, (ADBLOCKER ULTIMATE) I USED TO HAVE IT, TURNED IT OFF AND DISABLED IT THEN IT CONTINUES. IT WAS REMOVED TWO COMPUTERS AGO. I AM LOST AS TO WHAT I CAN DO TO GET AT THIS.

I've been using Firefox on my desktop pc for 15-20 years, and been very happy with it til this year.

I download a lot (for home use) of statements and other documents from banks & other financial companies. Starting several months ago, first one company, and now several, are failing to resolve their document names into humanly-readable names I would have seen a year ago. When I talked by phone with a tech from that first company, he blamed it on Firefox falling behind the tech curve. Not long after that, I read an article saying Firefox was down to 4% user share, and in danger of falling out of the "must support" group of browsers. Now, in these last two months, I'm having that same problem with at least three other companies I download statements from.

To clarify a little, each institution of course has its own naming scheme. But before this problem, the name attached to the pdf file that I received was easily understood and I had no problem revising the name to the naming-scheme that I use. Now, these non-cooperating companies send me files with an 8-12 character code that looks like it may have been a base-32 math number.

I have NO DESIRE to migrate to any other browser. But all the other stuff you're talking about means nothing if long-time industry standard processes like these start breaking. I'm not a 30-year-old semi-geek anymore. I'm on the far side of 70 and feeling it. (I've already tried MS Edge, and it gave me fits.)

PLEASE make sure that Firefox remains a stable and viable browser.
