I have been downloading files from wetransfer.com for years without any problem. The download now fails, although, if I send it to another computer there is no problem. Is Firefox blocking the download, and if so how can I get it back?

I have a Firefox account on an old laptop, which has all my passwords in it! But the laptop "died" and I now have another one which I am trying to reinstall! I thought all my passwords etc were safe and that I could recover them on my new machine once I had loaded Firefox, but passwords do not appear in the privacy and security section. Can I get all my old info back please and if so how? Many thanks Michele

I am unable to download files using Window 10. Download appears to be working then, when "complete," the label "download failed" appears in the download display. Has anyone encountered this? and what/how did you correct the problem?"

I need to download the helper application to be able to download adobe.

The instructions below are for Firefox 3.0. This version does not match. Please help

To be able to download, add Adobe's site to the list of "allowed sites" in Firefox:

       On the Tools menu, select Options; click the Content icon
       Check the "Block pop-up windows" box, then the Exceptions button
       On the "Allowed Sites - Popup" window, enter www.adobe.com in the Address box and click Allow, then Close.
   On the Tools menu, select Add-ons; click the "Get Extensions" link in the lower right corner of the popup window.
   On the Add-ons page, select Plugins from the menu on the left.
   Click the green Install Now button that appears under the Acrobat Reader header.
   Adobe's Reader page is displayed. Follow the instructions for downloading the correct version.
   A "Software Installation" box is displayed; click Install Now.

Where do I go to find the current updates? I have followed instructions on the support page, but it doesn't take me to anything but more questions. I get a dialog box on my screen saying there is an update and to download and restart. I did that, but it did nothing and I keep getting that dialog box. Where can I go to see if I have the most current version? I have been all over the FF pages and can't find anywhere that says anything refering to "current update available".

First attempt was 05th May. Another, today. I am still waiting and have checked all folders in the said email to use by yourselves.

Hi, I use firefox for quite a long time, and in the last 10 months I have been having a very peculiar issue. I am unable to enter mozzila website on my computer using Firefox browser, nor any other browser. Because of it, I am unable to download update or contact support. To fix the problem, I had to download the Installer at work and save it to a flash USB, then install a newer version on my computer. I am currently contacting your from work. Please help me understand where the source of the problem is coming from and how to fix this block. Best regards, Tim.

I started using Firefox ESR a while ago when I had an older version of Mac OS. Now I am running High Sierra (OS 10.13) and I think I could use the standard release of Firefox, which may have newer features supported. How do I switch to that?
