I have Outlook set as a pinned tab.

Opening a new browser, Outlook displays a blank page.

I tried this with GMail and that has no problem loading at all.

Ideas?

Hi I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for all activities. I am facing problem while downloading *.xls files from Excel Forum, it is being downloaded as *.xlsx file only and I am unable to open the same file also. I have enclosed the screenshot for your kind perusal and information. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Other than this Excel Forum, from all other web sites if I download *.xls files it is being saved as *.xls only

I run an IMac with High Sierra. Today I updated FireFox to the latest version (85.0 64-bit). Then I noticed that when I print Emails the sender and subject are blocked out by what looks like a bar code. I disabled all add-ons but nothing made a difference. When using the other browser, Safari, which I don't want to use since Apple stopped supporting this OS it doesn't happen and every Email prints out just fine. Also, if I print with a screen shot the bar code doesn't appear. I am a very low level user and any help would be appreciated. MC

Hello, very recently started to use Firefox rather than Chrome and it is taking a little time to learn so apologies if there is an obvious solution to this!!

I have been merrily adding bookmarks (after importing existing ones from Chrome) and they have all worked well (including inserting folders etc) until one to this site:

I have added an image to show 2 views on my Firefox installation to demonstrate.

I added it into a sub folder (I thought) but it did not appear. I added it directly to the main Bookmarks toolbar and it did not appear. I played around for a while and thought I had solved it - when looking at the Bookmarks in Sidebar view I can see a folder (that I created) and inside it is a bookmark to the site. Trying it to view it by clicking through from the main toolbar window does not show it.

I am lost at what might be the problem - so if anyone is willing to try adding the site as a favourite in various places and anything else, if it does work can you help me get it to work in my installation with any suggestions? Just for completeness, please add it first as a favourite on the toolbar directly where I could not get the basic globe icon to appear.

The only non standard thing I have done (on my desktop machine) is to add an extension that gives me colours rather than the standard greys but I have not used this yet on my laptop - the problem is the same but without the colours.

I found it in the MDN,but it dosen't work(promise reject),can I use navigtor.clipboard.read in javascript(no addon) with set dom.events.asyncClipboard.dataTransfer=true?

Hello Everyone,

I have a QNAP NAS installed since last year and for most of the time I was able to login to its admin interface using Firefox with no issues

As of late I found that when I navigate to the URL and login, I get disconnected and taken back to the login page instantly

I have tried using different scenarios:

- Cleared the cache
- Disables all add-ons
- Used a private window
- Started Firefox in safemode

None of these solutions work

I know it's not an issue with the NAS because I can connect using other browsers (Chromium, Brave and Edge)

Any idea why this is happening?

Firefox is my main browser and I would love to keep using it for my NAS management

In just the last day, since the Firefox 85 update, I have not been able to click on eBay advertisement pictures to get them to expand so I can view them full screen (using eBay's image viewer I assume).

I've also loaded a couple of images of the tracking exception I added and a Firefox "Inspector" screenshot of the page and some error indicated at the bottom of that Firefox "Inspector" related to eBay pages.

I did use Safari yesterday or the day before, which I've recently updated as well. I almost NEVER use Safari or Chrome etc. because Firefox is superior in EVERY way shape and form, including security, speed, innovation and quality of experience. I can honestly say I used those other browsers only in the last week or so and only for a very limited use.

I'm no expert at all, so I'm going to make a pure wild guess, that the problem has to do with some javascript update done by the other browsers (Safari specifically) or something done by a stupid 3rd party gaming site (ScoreDB dot io, I ran yesterday, which I should be much smarter than to even consider using), which appears to have now done some type of harm to my beloved Firefox in some way. I should say as well I do not know if this is just a temporary eBay glitch or not as it has only been doing this for about 1 to 2 days.

I did turn off the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for eBay as suggested in other articles but no effect even after reloading etc. I've rebooted and restarted everything as well but still no change.

Any help much much much appreciated to help return my Firefox to full health!

My yahoo mail locks out every night, so every morning I have to reboot my PC to bring it back up. No problem if I use Edge as my browser. It' been that way for about a month or so, now how can this be corrected?

I have problem with Poshukach.com , it automaticly installed on my PC and it ruins my UX of serfing with Firefox. I just cannot use the browser and I cannot delet it, but I even do not know where this program came from

can you stop automatic upgrades and tell me how to recover the workings of the previous Firefox before the 26 January. This new upgrade is rubbish and does not work, I want it gone please help me or I will have to change from Firefox.

I am running the latest version of firefox and it is taking 80% of my pc usage which is making my pc too slow while other apps are very fast and taking too low pc usage i have tried to minimze usage of firefox remove extra addon and i have set the theme to default and done everything but everything is still same taking too much usage of my ram, Firefox is not improving at all in speed can anyone help me out from this situation

When we click on PIV Card it will ask to select the certificate but in mozilla it is not getting any pop up to select the certificate and showing no certificate selected.

The same certificate selection is working fine with the chrome, IE and edge browser and able to login.

I cannot get firefox to reconize .mxf (material exchange files) it will not save download information (where to save and what program to open). Usually in the preference settings under application, I can choose material exchange files and toggle the action to save file, but now I cant even see it as an option.
