Dear Forum,

The AARP website hasn't let me log in for a few weeks. It gives the following message, and I don't know how to fix it. I looked in Firefox preferences, and AARP has all of its cookies listed. I'm not a bot, moving too quickly. I couldn't figure out whether Firefox allowed Javascript. Here is the message (but I deleted my IP and Proxy IP):

As you were browsing something about your browser made us think that you were a bot. There are few reasons this might happen:

Why does Firefox think me location is India when I am not?

Pocket gives me mostly stories about India. British Airways website also gave me India as my location.

I went to Settings > Cookies and Site Data And clear all the data.

But still getting India stories in Pocket.

or does everyone get loads of stories about India in Pocket?

I have a component that depends on browser events for online/offline events to let know the user when he is disconnected from the activity.

I was checking on firefox, and for some reason Im not able to see the event been emitted when disabling the network (I did test it, turn it the wifi on/off).

in the image , there is side by side with chrome and firefox, so I know my event listener works, but doesnt seems like firefox is sending the events,

I have a js using same examples from the documentation,

has someone else notice this? , or is some sort of settings in firefox?, according to the documentation it should be supported by default,

When I enter a search string for both yahoo or google (but not as yet duckduckgo) somewhere the string is "edited" before it is sent and all extended search characters deleted so "field1 field2" and "field1 -field2" return identical results. Some of the editing can be seen when the text is transferred from the search window to the address window. for example my try at ' "-"field2' was edited to '- field2' with a space between '-' and "field2". I am running Linux Mint and have done a Firefox update with no effect. Note that this not how it used to behave.

Computer stopped responding to wireless keyboard & mouse. I tried turning it off & back on, unplugging & replugging, switching dongles around; no good. Went out & bought a cabled mouse; seems to be working OK now. Except that the history of my last session HAS VANISHED. HELP, PLEASE!

Despite reading support guides, Searches, nothing works. In the Firefox settings - make default provides pop up that does not action change when Firefox is selected. The reason for pursuing this ? clicking hyperlinks opens Safari on my iMac and not Firefox.

Safari is very slow to open, freezes anything else I'm doing and I simply want the links to open in Firefox. Are there any actual solutions that work? cheers

There used to be Bookmarks & History in the top left corner of my home screen. They've vanished and I want them back, especially Bookmarks. The Bookmark line at the top and Other bookmarks still exist but they don't have the really important bookmarks.

How do you remove a GMAIL account from the list?

I let someone check there email and now every time I go to GMAIL it is the default. I have seen all the resolutions for this problem and they don't work! Usually they point to a settings or option that does not exist.

I am using Windows 11 with Firefox version 121.0.1 (64 bit)

m using arm7 phone and with unrooted termux and xfce desktop to export display to vnc i use tool to enter whatsapp web in my vncviewer but when i enter any conversation on firefox in the vnc firefox crashes immediately

is it problem because the tmp folder in directory that maybe cant be reachable due to rootless android and how i can change it to sdcard because i saw a comment for you about it i hope

One day, my computer auto-restarted for some unknown reason.

But since then, the shortcut pages saved in my Firefox have been initialized.

It's not a bookmark. The first page website shortcut page.

However, when I enter the URL link again, there is no reaction.

What should I do in this case?

I'm trying to export my passwords and it's asking for an old email and pin. I have created a new account when old email was disabled. I have no idea what PIN it's asking for.

I would like to know how to customize "autoconfig.js" or "firefox.cfg" so that the home page is focused instead of the address bar when I open Firefox.

I the linked question, the following solutions works fine for focus content on New Tab:

It works fine, but I can't make it work for the Homage page when it's configured to open a local file.

I tried to bind the "window.gBrowser.selectedBrowser.focus();" action on the "browser-open-homepage-start" event but it has not effect.
