I have been using the Firefox Color extension for a while with no problems. I noticed that in the last few days, when I restart my computer, the theme resets. Specifically, when I first open Firefox, I very briefly see my saved theme but after just a second it reverts back to the default colors/theme.

When I go to the Firefox Color page, my theme is still saved and once I click on it, it takes effect until I restart the computer.

This only started in the last few days and I know there was a Firefox update (132) as well as a Windows update both in the last week or so.

I'm using Windows 10 Home, version 22H2, OS build 19045.5011.

Is anyone else having this problem or know what might be causing it?

After Upgrading to Sequoia operating system on Mac Book Pro, I could not longer open Firefox. After over an hour on the phone with Apple, the problem could not be resolved. At Apple's suggestion, I eliminated Firefox and downloaded a fresh version of Firefox for Mac but I cannot upload it.

I used Ad Blocker but when I go to the Daily Mail web site, I can't get access and I get the message that I'm using Ad Blocker. I have removed this app but I'm still getting the stupid message preventing me from reading the Daily Mail. Help please.

Windows 11 system; currently running 131.0.3 (64-bit).

Was offered the chance to update to 132.0 (About | Help) (I do not and will not ever allow automatic updates without user approval, and my profile is stored in an entirely separate folder structure well away from the insecure \users hierarchy). Did the usual click on the update button, showed 132.0 downloading, update button changed to "Restart to Update", clicked the button...

And the update failed. Help | About shows 131.0.3, and the "Restart to Update" button is still active.

Tried again with a full shutdown instead of using the update button, same result.

So how do I force this update to install?

Using my laptop: I have Firefox set to automatically update. I believe there was an update several weeks ago. Today I had been working in Photoshop, exited it, clicked on the Firefox tab I had open and clicked for a new tab. A window opened asking me for a new profile for Firefox. It said I needed this because there is a newer version of FF. It was weird. I entered the info and then was asked if I wanted to import bookmarks, etc. from Chrome (I rarely use Chrome) so I clicked to import. My big beef with this is all of my saved url's in One Tab are missing. I use One Tab all of the time so I lost a lot of information.

1) Can someone tell me what causes FF to do this because I had the latest version open?

2) Can someone tell me how to get my One Tab information back?

(sorry for my bad English) I delete and again install Firefox, and after this if I open tabs (Youtube, etc) and close browser, tabs doesn't restore and showing default 1 search tab Firefox. Setting to restore tabs enabled, but not working, lile a method with about:setting. I will be grateful for help.

Hi. Like in topic, I have problem with installing addons. The bar keeps instaling over and over and nothing happens. I have notticed this when trying instal adblock plus. Please help.

New Firefox desktop browser update (132.0.1 (aarch64)) appears to conflict with my vpn resulting in disabled youtube...turning off the vpn allows youtube video's to play (not signed up for google), but naturally youtube/google is where I most want whatever protection a vpn offers, so this is not ideal.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

I guess there was an update to Firefox today because everything about my browser was a mess! >:( I have always had the Honey and Pinterest pin it buttons on my toolbar, and they have worked just fine. Now that this nightmare "update" happened, they don't show anymore, even though they are enabled in my settings and all permissions are checked. I am NOT very techy, so please don't reply with a long technical response that requires me to spend an hour trying to fix it. The buttons showed before, so why not now?! Please help! I've cleared cache and cookies, cleared history, everything I can think of and nothing is working. :'( TIA

HELP!!! I've been told that soon I won't be able to use firefox on my mac (mid 2010 version, still working fine) I'm currently using firefox version 115.17.0 esr. Are there any plans to make a workable workaround? I really can't afford a new laptop and firefox has always been my go-to browser. (I have to admit that I am absolutely ignorant of tech specs.) Any ideas Mozilla peeps, (or am I barking at the moon and have to bend to the capitalist oligarchy that desperately wants me to spend spend spend???) Thanks for any tips!

I placed an order for s coat from Amazon, paid for it and now the are saying I need to prove it's me. I ordered from a different bank card and they still say they can't process my coat. I have been trying to order this coat for a week and I have given all my info to them buy they want me to send a copy of my bank statement and the last four numbers of my card. I'm not sure how to do that but I took pictures but I don't know where they went. I don't know if Amazon received them or not. ALL I WANT IS TO BUY A COAT. I don't know what else to do. Can you tell me if Amazon received them? Please help! This is a birthday present from my 94 year old mom. If they can't take my word that I am Constance Holland the one who ordered the coat there's nothing more I can do but buy one from another store. Please let me know what's going on. Thank you!

I received a Mozilla Firefox (64) update notice going for version 132. When it didn't complete, I checked that my version is Firefox ESR115 (115.17.0), which operates with Windows 7-8.1. I have Windows 10, which matches with your version 132. So my question is how do I change/update my Firefox over to match up with Windows 10 and the Version 132 update?

My computer just installed the new update and now I cannot access my passwords. It keeps saying I have to enter the master password, but it gives me no place to enter a password. When I click the "LogIn" button, the screen just blinks.
