so, basically, if i walk away from my computer for a few hours and firefox is open, I come back to the original window, plus a window for about every hour that i was away. all the new windows are just sitting on the homepage, but this only happens when a keyboard is connected as far as i can tell.

any keyboard by the way, i have now tried it with 12 different ones.(6 different manufacturers at least)

i have tried to refresh firefox, i even went so far as to do the "reinstall but keep my file" thing for windows 11, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, deleted all the local files, cookies, etc, signing out of my account on the browser, malwarebytes said i didnt have any problems with my system.

I have even tried to figure out how to reset the http and https default to none in windows 11 to attempt to solve this.

the only thing that works so far is to not have a keyboard connected

any help would be great :)

Hey, I have recently installed Zen Browser because of a friend's suggestion. Although I really loved the fresh vibe of the Browser in comparison to what I was accustomed of which is Chrome. But after some initial hassle of setting up the browser I figured one thing that although I have a 100Hz external monitor and a 90Hz Panel on the Laptop the Webpages while scrolling it felt that it was somewhere 45-60Hz. I tried the UFO Test as well but there I was getting 100Hz but whenever I visited any website (say LinkedIn or even Youtube) the page seem very very laggy and it made me switch back to Chrome (Honestly I wanted to stay on Zen only) but the problem forced me to switch back. I understand that the browser is still in its Beta Phase but still the experience I had it was not good. Hope I can get some resolution and hop back to Zen as I really want to.

PS - I have tried all the fixes from reddit pages, Hardware Acceleration, Smooth Scrolling, etc. none works.

I can open pages but when I click on the subject it doesn't open. Tells error with net work connection, it's like this with email,YouTube and Gmail, twitter. Thank you.

I submitted a question earlier about not being able to use DocuSign. jonzn4SUSE was very quick with a response that worked perfectly. However, when I tried to mark it solved, I got the following error message. In addition, I didn't know where to find my original question so I could thank Jon and mark the issue closed. Where should I have looked for it?

Hi there my default browser is Firefox Mozilla but certain sites open very slowly or not open at all. All things I did were clean the cache, reinstalling Mozilla software but nothing works and its a bit frustrating. Also Adblock Plus wont work on you tube. Thank you in advance Kuba

Recently I'm having an issue with Firefox that makes it so when I try to open it, it simply refuses to do so. Say on my desktop I double click the icon it will open for a split second and then instantly close and refuse to do anything afterwards. This is very frustrating, and I haven't yet discovered a solution and would really like to be able to use Firefox again. What is really strange is that this is a persistent problem not only on my laptop but at my pc as well which are two separate devices. If anybody can help or has experience with this problem to offer incite it would deeply be appreciated.

For the past few days, I haven't been able to use Google Lens for searches. Why? It used to work, and I haven't changed anything on my computer.

I read the support article about this problem: everything seems fine, Google is definitely my search engine... Can you tell me what I need to do to get it working again? Thank you

My very favorite browser will not open when I click the FF icon. I did another download and it will not open, as well. What can you tell me about this issue and how to fix it? An avid user for many years.

Since the last update its a mess. My advisors are telling me its loading slow I cannot connect with them in their chat............Chrome is fine
