Recently my HBO max started to not load on firefox... I've tried the usual suspects, cleared cache and cookies multiple times, but when trying to pick a profile, just a black screen loads. Nothing happens.

Picture below, every logged link of the site is like this, i can only access links before login, like answers/support/ads,campaigns etc. Those kind of pages load.

Also, sometimes, when accessing the site through search engines, the site loads, but on a different profile than the one I use, but when trying to switch profiles, the same thing happens again, nothing loads.

When I copy a post in X from Firefox into a text file, it loses formatting, but when I copy the same post in X from Edge into the text file, it keeps formatting. Why?

I have installed the VPN on Mac Desktop but haven't been able to turn on VPN. The icon is present in the top taskbar but only has options to quit or hide.

An 81 year old not as savvy as I was, very long time user of Firefox on mac and android phones. Just purchased new Samsung Galaxy A16 SM-A165F/DS. Two problems, 1. even setting Firefox as default browser in mac and phone it goes straight to Google and 2. Snapchat suddenly appeared on the phone every time I accessed Firefox and because I do not have an account without signing up I cannot get rid of Snapchat. Help please...

Whenever I close Firefox and try to reopen it, it brings up a system error that says, "The code execution cannot proceed because C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmls64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I've tried completely deleting Firefox and reinstalling and it opens a new tab, but when I close it i get the same error message.

I am satandalone user win 10 am administrator for my personal pc Firefox has been hacked and says it is managed by my organization. Norton nor bitdefender can get rid of the malware that has done this. Is there a patch or malware fixing bit of software that can clean this infection from my computer please. Chrome has the same problem so I have had to uninstall it an forget about it.

Googling the problem just comes up with all sorts of unintelligible to me tecky stuff Im not going near.

I see on the forums this is huge problem no one seems to have easy answer for.

When I try to access Google Translate the screen returned shows a listing of 74 online SearXNG instances.

What is going on? Why is Firefox pointing to SearXNG sites rather than Google? Grateful for advice of a fix. [I have eset Internet Security installed.] Unable to attach a screen shot at the moment - nothing will save just now as I have an eset scan running.

im using firefox on ubuntu, version 139.0.4. when i browse the internet using firefox, every some time the toolbar and the search bar "freeze" - i am unable to click anything, from the url, to any of the buttons. it takes up to like 1/2 minutes for the search bar and the toolbar to work again. i never had this issue before, neither on ubuntu (and other linux distributions), nor on windows...

I'm looking for help in transferring everything from Firefox to Chrome. If anyone knows how, because Google isn't being the best help at the moment. I have a Chromebook, so it's been tough trying to download Firefox. I'm looking for a way to move what I need onto the laptop without having to start from scratch and do things one by one, which is too many things. Simply put, I continue to get a message window telling me to update Firefox. I continue to get a response saying I need Windows 10 or later installed. I am running Windows 11 Home on my PC. Multiple attempts to get a reply on this from Mozilla Support. No replies.

As the question stated I have navigated to my mozilla profile folder, ( C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\pw1dnvcy.default-release ) but there is no file called persdict.dat. I have ensured all file name extensions are visible, & none are hidden in windows file explorer (Win 10). I am at al loss I cannot figure this out.

Trying to download Tampermonkey for Firefox. I'm NOT very good at computers, be nice! Every time I click on the "Add Tampermonkey to Firefox" button, I get "You are not online. Please check your internet connection." and it won't download it.

I AM on the Internet, tried it just now before coming here and it still won't believe I'm online. Everything else does. Why won't Tampermonkey?

Chris. Who's using Windows 10 on an antique computer that was designed for Windows XP! And Firefox, Best Browser.

I need to enlarge the font on the bookmarks toolbar as I have a visual impairment. I can find ideas for the regular toolbar, but not for the bookmarks toolbar...oh, and I am working on a Mac.

I noticed a small delay before starting videos while I have my AirPods connected. There are a few scenarios where this delay does not exist: - Any other browser - Audio is actively playing elsewhere - Mic is in use (like a zoom meeting in the background, even when muted) - Audio is muted

I have tried safe-mode, reinstalling, and even messing with the config, to no avail. I know for sure this is isolated to Firefox, and I believe it's due to how audio devices are handled. I would rather my videos immediately play rather than wait for a "health" check from my connected device, even if there isn't audio for that time period.
