Every time I update Firefox, the language changes back to English. It is annoying to change the language whenever there is an update especially that sometimes it is updated automatically

When I upgraded to Windows 10, my default browser was reset. I've followed the simple Firefox instructions to reset my default browser to Firefox, but have been unsuccessful. That is because Firefox does not appear on the list of browser options that the Firefox instructions show will appear when I click on Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is there, and one other besides MS Edge, but no Firefox. How can I set Firefox as my default browser? This is getting aggravating. Thanks!

Hi. I have updated Firefox to the latest version (79.0, 64bit) on Windows 7 SP1 x64. WebRender is said to be supported by all Intel GPUs now. I have a somewhat old Core i3 530 that I'm using right now. Does somebody have reliable info on this? What are the officially supported Intel GPUs? Thank you.

and I have already changed the starting page and indicated that for an extra page I want an empty page, but it keeps giving that page. This is since the last uodate. I don't want that because it is very enervating !

Ubuntu 20.04 Firefox 79

When I open a new webpage and move my mouse to the right to the scrollbar to use scrollbar to move down the webpage, the scrollbar rushes to the bottom of the page. I find this awfully annoying. Is this a feature? Can I turn if off or stop it doing that. J

Starting yesterday, I can no longer download .pdf datasheets from the regular firms that I have been dealing with. When I click on the datasheet link, the page that I was on is returned, instead of the datasheet. I am using Windoz 7. Is this caused by changes in Firefox? Can this be fixed?

hello everyone, before this last update, while i write an email or something, there is used to be a tap ( right click) which showed me Langues and check spelling, and now i do not have that. the dictionary is not working can anyone tell me how to fix this ? you can see it in the pic, thanks

I just discovered that there are URLs saved in Firefox’s History that are only viewable when searching (i.e. they are hidden when viewing the History window normally with an empty search box).

From what I can tell, they are mainly (if not all) redirection URLs that never show a webpage.

I have 2 related questions: Is there a way I can make all URLs always visible in the normal/unsearched History window?

Is there a way I can view a history window that only shows the hidden URLs and not the rest? (I’m hoping to see what hidden URLs I’ve built up in my history before I start having them in the normal view.)

Note: The Mac version of Firefox is the only version I currently use.

Meetup.com site login will not work with latest versions of Firefox. Does anybody know why, or have a workaround. It works on other browsers like Chrome. In latest Firefox, I enter my valid username & Pwd, do the Capcha, and hit logon button - it just takes me back to the logon screen. In chrome, it enters the site as expected. I have cleared the cache & all cookies. Help.

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.googleadservices.com. as a result many websites wont open

I LOVE Firefox's intentions re: privacy, etc., but I'm ready to switch to a different browser because of the slowness and the "Firefox Not Responding" messages. Is there a fix for these problems?

Hello World!!!

Today i just restored my computer and my FF sync account got blocked at the login because (many tries) For the login i use my corporative email, to my bad luck just in time our net admin at my work was running a maintaince and the Firefox sync sent me (to my email for confirm it was me trying to login) never got delivered and lost.

I know all my account data (email and Password to login in FirefoxSync.)

What i can do to unlock it? i don't want start a new account, there's a lot of bookmarks and logins in my account.

When I try to load the sleepiq web site I get this: https://sleepiq.sleepnumber.com/#/ and a blue screen. When I load the same website from Chrome I get this: https://sleepiq.sleepnumber.com/#/dashboard/sleep, and the page loads. Safari is the same as Chrome, I get the information I'm looking for. As Firefox is my default browser I'd like to be able to fix this problem.

Browser Version 79.0 is supposed to have autofill of credit card numbers. See here:

I am on 79.0 (and WIndows 10 Pro, Current Updates), and no such autofill option exists in my Options, Forms & Autofill.

When trying to open the Metamask addon it only shows the pop-up window blank. I've been in contact with Metamask support, showed them the background logs and they say the problem seems to be local. Hoping to find help here.

I have had a few problems ordering from sites (Adidas, Nike and another 1 or 2 I've forgotten) where I enter card details, get taken to the card verification page which then flips back to the basket page or the site's front page. I never get the order confirmation page or a confirmation email and the shops confirm no order has been made. I am really worried about this because I am putting in card info etc and it looks like it's going through but it doesn't. The pages are HTTPS. When I try on a different browser it works perfectly. It's quite frustrating because other sites are fine and I don't want to have to disable everything or use a different browser when I want to quickly buy something. The add ons I have installed are: Cookie Autodelete Facebook Container I Don't Care About Cookies UBlock Origin

I have standard tracking protection set in the options.

I understand the usual answer is to try disabling add ons one by one but to be honest I don't want to keep entering my card details to have to test it. Is there a better way to check what is causing the problem? Is this an issue with the sites or something to do with cookies/add ons?
