Hello kind Mozilla folks, I can't stream video through free Paramount+ account, (from Spectrum). Access set to Strict VPN turned off (is that neccessary? Spectrum sent me to Paramount+ for the issue. Paramount+ did get me streaming using Chrome. (yuck). When I get logged in to P+ and select watch now for a show, it doesn't stream, ...only a black screen. Would prefer to use Firefox/Mozilla. Have you had this isuue and/or can you resolve?

I've been using Firefox as my browser for a few years. I have to explain this. I turned 65 this year so I had to sign up for medicare. You have to go to the Social Security web site to sign up for medicare. I've had an acct with SS for a long time. When you log in it, it now gives you a choice. It tells you the normal log in "My SS" will eventually be stopped. They give you a choice of "Login.gov" I forgot the other, both telling you that you have to set up a 2nd type of authentication that it's you. So I purchased and installed a fingerprint scanner. I love it. I created an acct with login.gov. After logging in the next step is the fingerprint. You click on it the color things start swirling around trying to pick up the scanner but this box at the same time appears over it preventing login from seeing it. It says "this is a request from firefox" I've been using Turbotax for a year or two. Last week I logged into my acct with them and right away it popped up it see's the scanner and let me sign in with the fingerprinrt. So I know it works, and other sites do see it. Please Help! I'm not very technical with this stuff. Is it from Firefox or is it my PC? Attached is a pic of what I get trying to log in. You can zoom in on it.

I get this when I click through on an email from AliExpress... It's not the link as It works (Copy & Paste) in both Chrome & Edge.

why won't Firefox let me log into login.gov account? I get an error and don't get into my account however when I use chrome I get in immediately. I need Firefox to allow me to open my SSI account on Firefox browser. My friend who introduced me to Firefox said it works fine for him. I have waited 4 -5 year for this to improve. I need clear easy instructions with pictures to get this right. Please help me. I need simple and Firefox is getting complicating. Way over my head. Thank you ahead of time. I appreciate the support. Hulu does not work in Firefox properly, but does in Chrome. Browsing HULU in Firefox has not worked frequently, especially in Prime time, but it has worked in other web browser with no problem.

We are getting errors that css values not defined as if the css file is not loaded from our CDN, which is only happening in Firefox and not other browsers that we support.

We confirmed something changed in Firefox that is triggering this around FF version 132. With the ESR (currently 128.5) and the page is working correctly. When we switched back to latest 133 and the bug is there

In the situations it happens, sometimes our css is NOT being loaded. In others, it is loaded and doesn't work but I see things trying to render before the file shows up in the console network logs. When it works...it is coming up cached. So this feels like a race condition of some type

I'm pretty sure the rule is that css is blocking, because we discussed race conditions when we implemented this, so this might be a Firefox bug? If this is a Firefox bug that isn't in an esr yet, we want to get it filed against firefox and fixed before the next esr.

We even tried a hacky patch on our code's method that is in question, as well as tried putting the expected css font-family style into a <style> tag in our index.html. The patch worked on Windows. It did not work on Mac. Stepping through the code, we see `undefined` / `null`. This definitely implies that the css styles simply have not been applied when the first component asking for the theme is routing through this code.

So again: our Firefox > 132. ESR up to 131 doesn't produce this issue, so something changed in Firefox 132.

If we tried loading our css file in a parent page (just loading, not using) to get it into the mix sooner, it doesn't help. An iframe is still loading faster than its parent frame is loading that css file from the CDN.

For a long time now, at least a year, I cannot change the sort priority for search results on Amazon. Whenever I try to change to any other sort method other than Featured, the page just reloads and switches right back to Featured results. It happens on all my computers. I know this is a Firefox issue because this doesn't happen when I search Amazon with Chrome or on the Amazon app.

Anyone got an idea what's going on here?

I do not seem to be able to connect using PureVPN. Their Helpdesk advise me to sign into Chrome or Edge, neither of which do I wish to do. I wish to stay with Firefox. However, I am also a 'recipient' of the latest Windows 10 (so-called) upgrades, so it may not be anything to do with you guys. Can you help, please? Cheers, Mike Courtnadge

Hi, I have recently found some features of GMail are not working in Firefox. File attachments fail to attach, the spellchecker , though selected in settings, won't check spelling to name but two. I have disable the ad blocker but no change. The same GMail account works fine in MS Edge. I would welcome suggestions to resolve these issues as I much prefer working in Firefox. Thank you.

Hello, I was trying to connect my keyboard with a web based software but the software doesn't support the site. My keyboard is MADLIONS MAD68 HE and I was trying to configure my keyboard with the site but unfortunately it's not compatible with Firefox. I'd love if you guys could fix this issue. Thank you!

This is a message I sent to the Zoom.us help staff a few days ago:

"Very often when I go to my Zoom tab on the Firefox browser and wish to schedule another meeting, even if I have recently (within and hour or so) I will be sent to the Sign In page. Then 4 out of 5 times, when I sign back in the little waiting wheel will spin and spin and I can't reenter to set up the meeting. But several times I have gone to the "sign in with google" icon below. This brings me almost immediately to my account and I am able to proceed. Why is this becoming a problem for me?? It seems that a sign-in with my password should be the most stable mode!"

They advised clearing my cookies in the Zoom cache, but this didn't help! I opened my Chrome browser and had no troubles signing in, but I am not a Chrome fan and I <never> use Edge!

I love Firefox and Mozilla. I started using Mosaic on my Apple IIGS back in the early 90s and then went to Netscape. I have never liked MicroSoft's way of copying Apple and the other innovators and then pretending that they invented it all themselves!!

I just wanted you to know of this issue. I wanted to forward my emails with Zoom, but could not find a viable email address to your support staff. Keep up the good work!!

I have Windows 11 on my Desktop PC and an up to date version of Firefox.

On two separate occasions I attempted to download past statements from two different credit card websites. Both times the requested statement failed to download, or even proceed to the next screen.

I called Customer Service for one of the Credit Cards and was told to try Google Chrome. I was forced to use Google Chrome to successfully download and view the requested statements.

I have been able to download and view the same information from the same websites in the recent past.

Could something have been changed in the Settings or what?

A LOCAL THEATER HAS A LINK TO GET TICKETS THAT NEVER OPENS FOR ME SINCE THEY CHANGED THEIR TICKETING AGENT. I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE A SECURITY BLOCK OR IF IT DOESN'T RECOGNIZE FOXFIRE OR WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. WHEN I GO TO THE SITE THESHARON.COM/SCHEDULE IT LISTS WHAT GROUPS ARE COMING. WHEN I CLICK ON GET TICKETS IT FLIPS TO A PROGRAM CALLED SMARTSEAT.THEVILLAGES.COM/ BUT THIS PROGRAM NEVER OPENS FOR ME TO SEE WHAT TICKETS ARE LEFT TO PURCHASE. CAN YOU HELP?

Sound and picture do not sync

Sound and picture do not sync when I stream TV using Firefox 133.0.3 64bit, but works perfectly with Edge and Chrome. Sad because Firefox is my favorite browser, so I hope you can help me solve this problem. My PC Intel I7 24gb RAM internet download speed 150gb

I have a website through Squarespace (moneyball.health) and it keeps going to my previous website (ballpointbookkeeping.com) parking page. When I pull up moneyball.health on Internet Explorer or Shafari (iphone) I do not have any issues. Please advise.

I cannot see my gmail on Firefox. All I get is a blank page. My gmail loads fine on Chrome. I have tried clearing my history. Has anyone else encountered this or knows how to fix it?
