Would appreciate your help in advising how I can re-instate my Protonmail login as it just doesn't seem to want to let me access the site at all - it just tries to access and then keeps coming up with 'oops something went wrong'. It's like there is a block on letting me access? This has only just happened since doing firefox updates.

I've been using what I gather is an "older" profiles system via about:profiles.

Now if I:

1. go to about:profiles and open my second profile in another window, 2. close second window and about:profiles page, 3. open about:profiles again in first window,

I get "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

This happens every single time, even though I've made zero changes to profiles, and is extremely annoying.

Can/should I migrate my profiles to the new profile manager? How to do this?

Recently, Firefox has been slow and crashes regularly. I try to sync tabs but after it crashes and I reopen it goes back to a much older save and lose tabs I've recently opened or sometime after a crash and reopen it tries to open a window with no tabs and I lose all my tabs

Just recently when logged onto Hotcopper.com.au have been getting a message that reads "This page is slowing Firefox down. To speed up this browser, stop this page." There is a STOP button, that helps for a moment or two only. When I open the program with MS Edge, the problem does nor occur. I was going to remove the Firefox App but saw the repair option. Repairing did not stop the problem. Any suggestions? John I have a near new Acer laptop running Win 11.

I can not access my att.net account. Do I have a setting set incorrectly. I have to go to Microsoft Edge in order to login. When I contacted ATT via phone they said I had to use Microsoft Edge to login. Can you advise me how to correct the situation. I don't use Edge for any other reason. Thanks

Why do some websites not work fully on Firefox but work fine using Chrome or Edge? I had an issue with https://www.acmemarkets.com/. The product search feature of the web site did not work using Firefox but worked fine using Chrome or Edge. This has only recently started to be an issue.

As a user of Firefox has been a good experience up till three weeks ago YouTube will not load. I cant play any of there videos this is been on going for three weeks. Ive asked you to fix it but so far you aren't doing anything about it. My operating system is windows 10 64 bits. Can you please look into this and get it fixed. Is it true that the CEO is planning to put AI into the browser? If so, I would have to switch to something else because that would be a massive privacy and security violation. I am incredibly disappointed that this is something Ive heard about when Mozilla Firefox has been one of the best browsers Ive ever used. Putting AI into everything is a waste of everyones time and resources.

All my data that I had in Firefox is gone. I have been using Firefox for 3 years now and had bookmarks and accounts set up. Today I opened firefox and logged in and they asked for recovery key out of nowhere now all my data is gone. If I dont get access to my bookmarks and saved accounts I will be switching to a different browser.

With the new terrible CEO, there are plans to start integrating AI into firefox. If this happens, I'll ditch this browser in a heartbeat. Its a terrible decision to add this and this AI bubble will burst.
