Hi Helpful People. I scanned the QR code to continue the two part authentication of my account. When I opened it all I received was an inappropriate ad. When I tried again I went to someone trying to scam me about security. I am using this forum to tell someone this happened. Thank you.

For example when using Google translate there is an input delay, but it's only for Google Translate as other websites -- including other Google products -- don't have.

The weather widget on the homepage sponsored by accuweather is missing a lot of major cities that were available before October 2025. They are available in accuweather, but for some reason my widget defaulted to singapore, and I can't manually select cities like chattogram / dhaka or even new york even though the are available in accuweather.

I have previously made additional profiles on 'about:profiles', now Firefox has added an integrated profile manager accessible by clicking my profile on the top right. My old profiles are not available on this profile manager, but they are still available on 'about:profiles', so how can I transfer them without having to remake new ones?

I don't have access to the primary email to do anything. I do have the secondary email entered but it's asking for a code from the primary email to change it, like I mentioned we don't have access to. Is there any help for this. Hate to lose what we have.

Hello. Yesterday when I started my PC, the Firefox browser wouldn't restore my previous session. This has of course happened before, so I restarted, but that didn't help. So then I have to restore all the pages myself, boring. BUT, when firefox doesn't remember any of my usual pages, I'm starting to worry. Then I think I want to update Firefox, and that's when I discover my main problem.....I can't access the menu in the three symbols at the top right (shown in the picture/attachment). I can't open my profile, can't open extensions, can't download anything or open the downloads icon, and most importantly, CAN NOT open the "Open application menu" (the icon with three horizontal lines), so THEN I have a big problem. The menu bar and everything there is available, but without access to "Open application menu" I can't reinstall Firefox. I can't save bookmarks either, or see if the bookmarks are in a backup or something. So, I don't dare delete firefox, then reinstall it, without knowing if I'll find my bookmarks again. I've tried saving them to a file, but I've never heard of a JSON file, and I don't know how to process it. I should also add that I deleted all my AVAST anti virus programs and files two days ago. And I have found out that I do have the latest firefox update. Hope someone can help me or give me some tips. I'm not particularly computer savvy either, just so you know. I am subscribint to TheHybridLayer.com and the video requires access to player.vimeo.com. Unfortunately, the pop up message is saying that "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue." Please help me address the issue since I overwhelmed with this.

Since downloading the New upgrade today I cannot access anything! TAb crashes everytime. Wish I could go back as have used firefox for years and will now have to find alternative. Have had use the dreaded chrome to post this!
