I sign onto BROTHER-USA.COM to inquire about ink for my Brother printer. I key in the model and get a "Drivers Search Results" with no printer found nor displayed. Keeps looping or searching, I suppose. This same inquire works fine with any other browser, but not Firefox. Can you advise which Firefox settings is preventing any response from the Brother website? Why when using Firefox on Facebook does the back button or closing a window take you to the top of a new timeline instead of back to my previous location? It's frustrating.

Neither Chrome or Edge does this so I'm inclined to believe it has something to do with Firefox's code. Chrome has an alternative, the ESC button takes you back where you were.

we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Forms and found out that there is an issue regarding lookup fields in Firefox.

When we use autofill and, for example, the lookup field “Country” is filled with the value “SE” because the country stored in Firefox is Sweden, the value remains in the field even though it does not match the values in the field. This is not the case with Edge and Chrome. I have already contacted Microsoft Support, and they said that this is a Firefox-specific problem and not a Dynamics 365 Marketing problem.

How can this problem be fixed?

Hi, I use firefox exclusively across all my devices (for obvious reasons) but I find some browser apps don't work on Firefox - in particular Beat Buddy manager online. This requires FilesystemAPI support, which exists in Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox. Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor. I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

I'm unable to access GroupOn from my laptop while using FireFox browser. When I attempt to log on using my Email user name, a message that states "ACCESS DENIED" appears. I have followed the steps to clear the cache but doesn't correct this issue. I'm able to access using my email user name using an alternative browser but I prefer FireFox. Currently running Windows 10. I receive emails from GroupOn using the same account that I attempt to log on with and receive the "ACCESS DENIED" response. Any knowledge would be appreciated

When I try to go to costco.ca I get a connectivity error saying site cannot redirect properly. This site works with IE or other browsers.

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

An individual website keeps defaulting to, and loading in, the German (https://de.website name here) language version. This has never, ever occurred previously. I have had no success in resetting the website back to the setting(s) which would have it load the page(s) in English, NOT German.
