I want to change text encoding so it defaults to Unicode. If I use the [alt] key then the View tab I can change it from Western but it reverts back after closing the page. Sometimes that does not work because the Text Encoding option in the View tab is greyed out. The About Firefox window says I am up to date with 83.0 (64bit).

I use Evernote web clipper as an add-on to Firefox. When I try to save web pages in PDF format, I get an error message saying "Due to the restrictions set by the browser, you cannot clip this page." Is there a way to make it work? Thanks!

Firefox colour addon removed the whole existing theme, replaced everything with it's default selections.

I use a custom theme, I just want to change the text colours on the menu bar, tab bar and bookmark bar. But the color addon destroyed the whole theme when I made any single change. I had disable and enable the theme to restore it. How do I import the theme to color addon so I can edit it?

How do i copy a window, that is not a tab or printscreen or the like, including my 11 pinned tabs, using only one or two clicks/buttons? This shouldn't be a hard thing to perform in firefox 88.0, should it? Clone window version: "Get Clone Window Version 0.2.9", was broken down at bigdropinc.com on my visit 29/05/2021.

Just updated to V89. What I don't like is the font size in the tool bar. I used the zoom control but that doesn't change the font size in the tool bar. Any suggestions as to how to change the tool bar size and/or the font size? Thanks

I have been using Firefox with tabs right above the browser window, and below the address and bookmark bars, for a very long time. I don't want to stop now. But the hack I used with versions prior to 89 now puts the tabs at the bottom of the window and makes all but the current tab invisible.

Does anyone have userChrome.css code that works?

Hi A recent update has spaced out my bookmarks to the point where it takes me an infuriatingly long time to scroll down to the website that I want to visit. How do I give feedback to firefox and how do I sort this out, please?

Firefox just updated to version 89.0. I find the enlarged bookmarks names in the bookmarks tab, the new coloration, and the new floating tabs to be a hindrance. To elaborate, I have a form of red-green colorblindness and find the floating tabs and lighter coloration make it harder for me to use the interface, enough so that I am considering switching browsers. Is there a way to revert these visual elements to the older version?

The new version of Firefox just loaded. The theme of the browser changed. I went to the section which controls themes and found the system theme does not work... There is no difference between when the light theme or the system is selected. I went to the download to see if I could re-install the system theme and did not find it.

Light theme is too light and dark theme is too dark. The system theme is a good compromise but not like the one in the previous version which I liked. Is there a way to fix this Firefox issue?

With the new update, (when I just want to search something) I try to type in the center bar, not the address bar up on top. But it automatically goes up in the top address bar. How can I get that search bar to work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

With the new update, everything looks different. So is the small search bar in the middle of the page. What I mean is that for a simple search I would type there, not the big address bar at the top. Well, when I start typing, it goes up into the address bar at the top. I got a reply from someone but even the 3 bar at the top right side gives me different menu. How do I get the small search bar working? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

How do I undo a Firefox update? I liked the last version better. Tab bar location not being movable is really killing my vibe. (Also the fact that it pops up with only one tab, which I don't like.

Today I have faced the new firefox update and the visual look of my firefox have changed. Below I attached a picture with green and red lines. 1. My top bar(red line) now is solid white, before it was transparent and showed what is going behind on the desktop. 2.I tried getting some custom themes but they aren't work for me, some pieces change the color etc, like I showed in the screenshot(green line) it simply gets the color of the theme, I don't like it.

So my question is: how do I make my firefox look like in the previous version? I just want the top bar to get transperent and that's it. p.s Yes, I use "system theme" right now, but it's still solid white.

After the last Update of FF to ver. 89.0 all menus of the environment, right-click as well left-click, became dark !!!!! Meanwhile, my Windows 10 environment is not dark, as it used to be all the time.

It seems strange to me and I don't know how to reverse all this... Any idea for a solution  ???
