Dear Support Team,

I always receive popup messages when trying to play a youtube video. "Ablockers not allowed". But I haven´t installed any adblocker. I am not sure, but I think this erreor occurs since the last Firefox update (?). Had never before this error. See file attached (in German).

I am using Windows 10.

Firefox hangs when I try to maximise the window. If the firefox window is covering half of my screen and I try to maximise by clicking on the window button at the top right, it hangs. I get a message "firefox is not responding, wait or exit." Then I have to select close, and start it again to work. This happens occasionally, once in every 2-3 days.

The problem is:

1. in Firefox browser with a saved to hard drive file the HTML file is default to Firefox and on double clicking goes into the mask (incomplete missing graphics) 2. click on desired filed nothing happens 3. reset to MS edge as the default browser and functionality is there...

Is there a setting in Firefox that I am not seeing?

At first Firefox opened and then immediately closed. Then it simply wouldn't open. I uninstalled it. Changed my profile (as per a suggestion in Support I read about). Reinstalled it. It opens now in "safe/troubleshoot" mode for a few moments. I checked the crash report and there are no current crash reports which might help me with the problem. I can't log back in as it keeps closing after I enter username and try to enter password - i don't think its a password issue - it closes all the time even at other places. I'm at my wits end and don't want to abandon Firefox. Any thoughts appreciated. Many thanks, A

I was required to make a quick computer switch. I cannot access my old computer. When I opened Firefox on the new one it was without my bookmarks, saved passwords etc. I really need those passwords. And I don't like an orphaned window for Firefox floating around with my info. At best, how do I get it on my new computer. At worst, how does the info get deleted so that it is not available online to anyone?

On the first load of the day FF partially loads a page then freezes that page. Links are dead and can't type into any text field. This will happen with multiple tabs then suddenly everything starts to work with no further issues. Note: the browser does not freeze.

When I use the Firefox browser and attempt to open my Evernote, after I enter the password, it will not open on my desktop. I nearly always use Firefox (and prefer it); however, I can easily open Evernote if I use Chrome. How do I correct this problem? Thanks, Jan

when i open site on mozilla its show SSL type Error on this site https://www.rehanrentacar.com but on another browser its working well , so how can we solve on mozilla ?

For the past few weeks (perhaps after updates?), my Firefox browser has refused to connect through AVG secure VPN - it is completely blocked and time-out on ALL websites. When I disconnect the AVG VPN, then Firefox works immediately correctly. It happens on both private and public networks.

Both Firefox and AVG secure VPN are up to date. Firefox 120.0 (64- bit) AVG Secure VPN 5.28.9117 I have been using AVG professional antivirus and firewall for years. Windows 10 Latest Version.

Any suggestions please?

From the main opening screen on the right hand side ( Pic1 ) click on the three horizontal lines Tab. Go down to "Bookmarks" listing (Pic2) Click on " Bookmarks " to open and it gives you Pic3.

At the bottom of Pic3 is " Recent Bookmarks " and it lists ALL the previous bookmarks that have been opened.

Question - I do not want that list displayed, How / Where do you disable it in Firefox ?

Other people who have posted this question have had individuals just saying " Right click " on the bookmark and delete. That not only deletes it from the recent bookmarks list BUT also from the Actual Bookmarks!

So.... not a good idea.

I have spent over an hour searching the internet and the Firefox settings trying to figure it out.

I am receiving the following error message when I try to Manage Autoship on Chewy.com:

The page isn't redirecting properly"

"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

• This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

This had not been an issue previously. What can I do to fix it?

I was also blocked from downloading Chrome. Was this caused by last update?

I saw there was a fix / workaround for pasting text into WhatsApp on desktop in Firefox, but I used to be able to copy and paste images too and that still doesn't work. It works in the AVG secure browser though. It used to work in Chrome, but I don't want to go to Chrome just to send a picture from my desktop. Is there any workaround or fix in Firefox to copy and paste images into WhatsApp on desktop?

After reinstalling Windows 11 Pro on a newly installed SSD my browser resets location and size to default. Nothing listed here in support or found elsewhere through a web search has made a difference. Also, if I leave Firefox open for an extended period of time so that the browser stays where I put it, and keeps the same size, it will crash. As a test, I had Windows resize the browser to the full monitor, closed it, and when I reopened Firefox it filled the monitor. A second time closed and reopened a few minutes later resets back to default location and size. Everything else (bookmarks, extensions, etc.) remains the same. Nothing has been added or removed since the fresh install.

This is the latest version, 23H2, of Windows 11 Pro, which, btw, was the version I was running before the fresh install of Windows 11 Pro.

How can this be corrected?

I typically download 30 to 40 video files daily of around 5 MB each. The most I can download seems to be 8 files, then I have to select the next 8 to download. Is there a way I can select all 30 files and have them download one at a time in order without having to keep selecting the next file?

Hi, I have a problem as my Facebook keeps freezing on Mozilla when I try to add emojis to a post, I have tried all the recommended actions but the issue still persists but it works normaly on MS Edge when I perform the same actions. Help !

Lately, whenever I click on a file (be it PDF, XLS or whatever), it doesn't open. Instead, I see the relevant app (Acrobat, Excel, or whatever) flashing on the taskbar and I have to click on it to view the downloaded files. Not a big deal, but it used to be different, with the relevant app opening a window with the downloaded files (which makes sense: if I click on it to open - and not download - I want to see it now). Does this happen to you as well? I could not find any option to control this behaviour, and I don't think it is intentional.
