After i closed firefox with two windows it only restored the wrong tab and because most of the tabs were open some time ago i cant restore it from history too. Can i somehow restore them?

Hello, I did everything mentioned in support articles, but the tabs on firefox are still crashing frequently, sometimes the first I open, sometimes it's the third... But it is making my work really difficult. I used Firefox and recently there is no audio on any of the websites I visit. I am using an ASUS laptop with Windows 11. Other browsers (Edge and Chrome) do have audio. I tried disabling all of the add-ons but it did not help. Has anyone else experienced this or have a possible solution?

With Yahoo (and other sites) suddenly every single time I am required to use the "authenticator app" routine. I've gone for months or even years with persistent sign-ins before. What happened? How do I get back?

Hi there! My linux crashed and I only have an access to the terminal now. I'm trying to save login information and bookmarks that were saved in the browser. I didn't use an account. So I'm trying to find a location in the linux system where it was saved. I used 'find' command with key words 'mozilla' and 'firefox' to find possible locations but I'm not sure that I covered everything. Maybe someone here knows exactly where I should look. Thank you for you help and advance :)

Hi, out of nowhere my Firefox has stopped loading any pages for the past hour. I have read the existing community articles and cleared all of my history, cache, cookies, and restarted my computer 4 times. Firefox is up to date and was working fine up until I left my computer and returned to it an hour ago. I haven't downloaded anything new or clicked anything weird, I was just listening to a regular podcast this morning. All websites either show up as left-aligned text with no images, or are completely blank. This includes Gmail, Tumblr, Youtube, EyeBuyDirect, etc. All of these sites load perfectly in Edge so the issue is specific to Firefox. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit to Update: I turned off my AdBlock extensions one by one to narrow down the issue. The problem was AdBlocker Ultimate. I disabled it and now all my websites in Firefox are working as normal.

I have an account with a certain email. I need to use a different email for specific connections. Do I need to create a new separate Firefox account with the second email? If so, how?

Up to 126.0b9, files with encoded URLs in their filenames downloaded normally. As of 127 onward, however, it gets changed to _3A instead of %3A, etc. Is there a setting somewhere in config to revert this?

I'm not sure exactly when this behavior started, but I've noticed that when I click a link to an XPI file on a third-party web-site, Firefox no longer prompts to install the extension.

For instance, when I click the outlined link in the first screenshot, the second screenshot shows what happens.

when i visit sites like home depot, lowe's or southwest airlines the auto populate feature thinks I live in atlanta, but i live in new orleans...how can I correct this

When I am browsing in either regular mode or safe mode, the scroll buttons for next or previous slide do not appear on the MSN web page. However, if I open a private browsing tab from either regular or safe mode, the scroll buttons appear and are functional. I am running Firefox version 129.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows 11 Home version 23H2. I have refreshed Firefox and also uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have also toggled "always show scrollbars" on in Windows settings. No change. These scroll buttons function in other browsers (Edge, Chrome), but I prefer Firefox. Where do I go from here?

Can you please tell me how to get my extensions to appear on the toolbar? As you can see from the image (titled "forFirefox03"), only one is shown.

The images (titled "forFirefox01" and "forFirefox02") show all the extensions that I would like to have on the toolbar.

I've included the "About Firefox" (titled "forFirefox04") to show you which browser version I have.

I don't know if I need to show you the title names, but I'm used to Microsoft Answers, where I can put the images between the text, and here, I can't, so I'm assuming I have to show you them as names and images.

I cannot sign in to the New York Times today; on their main page it will not allow me to sign in to my account. I have called them, and apparently it is Firefox that is the problem. I can connect to any and all other sites. I can connect and sign in to the NYTimes from my iPad as well, so I believe it is the version on my Windows 11 laptop that is the problem. I've cleared all cookies and history, restarted my computer, re-booted my modem even, and closed my VPN, all to no avail. I have version 129.0.2, and it is up to date. It was working yesterday just fine. Is there another update coming to correct this?
