I'm on version 148.0, dragging tabs stopped working, not on horizontal and not on vertical tabs I've tried to create a help ticket for it but apparently the help form just does nothing and doesn't send when I click submit Anyone else experience any of these issues? And how can you contact Mozilla even? Edit - fixed after windows restart

I recently updated to Firefox 138.0.1 to use the new tab groups feature, which allows grouping and labeling tabs, as outlined in Mozilla’s support article (expected for all users by May 6, 2025). However, after updating, I don’t see the tab groups option when dragging tabs or right-clicking them. Has anyone else faced this issue? Could it be due to the progressive rollout, a conflicting extension, or a setting I need to enable? I’ve tried restarting Firefox and checking the tab bar, but no luck. Any community solutions or workarounds to enable tab groups would be greatly appreciated! Please share your experiences or fixes.

EVERY [removed] DAY firefox looses my tabs, historys, extensions/addons, prefferences and settings.... EVERY [removed] DAY!!! why am i wasting hours each day trying to recover basic [removed] ur piece of shit web browser clearly cant retain. even [removed] BING would be better at this point. ive tried everything at this point even down to tab managers but again without the webrowser holding extension info this too is [removed] useless. whats more annoying is it has clearly been an issue for over 8 years with a 10sec google search.... I have vertical tabs enabled and I'm trying to access the tab overview menu to close duplicate tabs. Unfortunately I can't find this menu anymore. If I disable vertical tabs, I can see the icon in the top right. How do

How do I access the tab overview menu when using vertical tabs?

This code in mozilla.cfg used to overwrite new tab, but as of latest firefox 136.0b1 no longer works. Any way to fix this? There error in Browser Console.

I want the browser's tab bar to display like the homepage, instead of disappearing after opening a webpage tab bar. I don't know if I can accurately express my meaning, but I will attach two pictures

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to create a group, nor create groups by right clicking on a tab. What's up with that?

Hello, I closed my browser, expecting it to save my current tabs as it usually does. When I reopened it, the tabs were gone. They were important for me, and some of them were pretty old so I can't find them in my history. I tried checking the "recently closed tabs" option, it didn't help. There was also no option to restore the previous session. Can you help me restore my lost tabs?

In my Firefox Developer install the new tab groups feature seems to now be working like one would expect, but my main Firefox install (Firefox desktop 138.0 (64-bit)) has some issues.

I can add tab groups, add tabs to groups, but left mouse clicking the colored tab header does NOT close the tab group, like it does in Developer browser. Mode of tab group clearly changes, as the tab is either dark or light colored after a mouse click.

I don't remember changing any other settings lately in about:config, except setting tabs.groups feature to true, and I don't have too many extensions installed, and I also tried disabling all the extensions, but that didn't help.

Up until now, if I search using the Wikipedia field on the menu bar, it opened in a new tab, just like using Startpage does. I've just upgraded to Fedora 43 and Firefox 146.0 (64 bit) and it's stopped doing that, although Startpage still does. How can I get that functionality back?

Firefox has a feature where, if you select a tab and drag your cursor downwards while still pressing down on it, it will open that tab in a new window. Is there any way to disable this? I am frequently opening tabs in new windows when I'm just trying to view them and it drives me mad. I never use this feature intentionally- I am constantly using on accident due to quickly moving my cursor away from the tab bar to view the tab I just opened. Thank you.

When I open Firefox, all my bookmarked sites start loading at the same time. I have unchecked, the "Startup Open previous windows and tabs" option in General Settings. I also deleted, and added Firefox again, but all sites are still loading on opening Firefox. (Chrome browser is fine.) Any ideas? Thanks!

I have one particular tab group that stores a lot of tabs that I keep collapsed when not using them, because otherwise they clog up my tab bar. But with the new collapsed tab group preview, when I scroll along my tabs my screen will randomly flash with a full page of tabs, as there is no delay on the preview. I don't think this feature was designed with dozens of tabs with long titles in mind. The ability to have a delay on the hover effect, or preferably to disable it all together, would be much much much appreciated.

Hi, I have a large number of tabs and also have pinned tabs. When I click a link outside of Firefox (FF is my default browser) it always opens them at the end of my tabs (on the far right). I would prefer that the newly opened links open at the beginning of my tabs (the far left) but just after my pinned tabs. Is there a was to do this?

I am using the Firefox browser version 138. However I am not able to use the Tab Groups from firefox. I cannot add any Tabs to any group as there is no option for that.
