So i was using this website called 9Anime and i was watching a show and i diabled my arrows for going backl 5 seconds and i have looked up everything i can to fix it and nothing has worked. Can anyone help me please ????

Is there any reason firefox would flag an mp4 file legitimately?

• The file extension and file type are absolutely mp4.
• There seem to be no mp4 related zero days.

Does Firefox perhaps just treat all downloads from suspicious domains as malware? Is there a zero day I missed? Is this based on some missing metadata on the file or something?

Thanks for any advice you can give here, I'm scared.

I'm currently running Firefox v 112.0.2 on Linux. I've had a theme installed for a while now that I really enjoy. It's a minimalist theme I found on github and then I topped it off with some colors that suite my desktop theme.

The ONLY issue I am having is with the dropdown menus. I can't see any of the list items and I cannot for the life of me figure out where to modify these colors. Searching has only gotten me more confused.

Photo is attached. I'm hoping that changing the text color here is an easy fix. The colors are all fine in other dropdown-ish menus, like bookmark folders for example.

Before Update: I have two different YouTube workflows on two different systems. Although I use ONE Mozilla account, I was able to get automatic sign on for TWO different systems. This meant that I was not automatically logged into the other account as long as I was on the appropriate device.

After Update: Auto-login is only working on my main system's Firefox (without new update). I now have to re-log into my production YT account manually. The reason I can identify this was after the update is because I now have an "old Firefox data" folder on my desktop, aswell as all my extensions being re-installed.

Considerations/Clarifications - I do not mean auto-fill passwords. I mean that my account is already ready to go when I access the YT site. - I use a few security extensions. I understand that these may have an impact on my browser's ability to save passwords. However, for the past 7 years, this has never been a problem given similar extensions.

    - Extension List: Privacy Badger, Adblock, Adblock plus, Adblock for YT, DuckDuckGo privacy essentials,  Facebook container, and Decentraleyes.

Any help is appreciated.

I have recently moved to firefox and wanted to set up an address autofill so I didn't have to type something in everytime but I could only find an autofill for credit cards instead. After some digging I believe the issue is that I am using the en-GB version of firefox as I live in the UK while address autofill is only available on the en-US build. If this is the case is there a workaround so that I can have address autofill and if there is not a workaround does anyone have any idea when this feature is likely to be rolled out to the rest of us. Hi, I am running Jupyterlab (a python web-based application on localhost), and within it, I launched my local shell (windows Powershell core v7). However, there seems to be an issue rendering the characters of this terminal (see attached image). However, this issue does not occur it Edge browser (see image). Any advise on this? Thanks! I have also checked that this issue still persist in private tab (where extensions are deactivated).

My Firefox crashes almost constantly, up to several times every couple minutes. I recently wiped my entire computer and reinstalled Windows (to fix other problems, among this one) but the issue is still happening. I have a list of a couple dozen crash logs that I can show, and I have tried reading through them and debugging to no avail. The crashes also still persist in Troubleshoot mode. I have included the most recent crash reports with my freshPlease help.

Hi,

I just created a website, but it's not working in Firefox. It works in Chrome and Opera. I get "Server Not Found".

I tried going to settings and clearing cache, that didn't work. I tried pressing shift while hitting reload, that didn't work. I also tried pressing Ctrl+shift+R and that didnt work.

Please advise!

I am having problems with some sites and the error seems to indicate that it is related to cookies.

In Google Drive, when I am trying to download any file, it is getting stuck in some kind of loop and at the end, it is showing this:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to drive.google.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Apart from this, when I am trying to log into my Riot account in Valorant's website, it is ending up showing this:

Expected redirect cookie to exist

I have tried following:

• Using Standard mode for tracking protection
• Disabling tracking protection for these sites
• Deleting Cookies & Cache
• Reinstalling Firefox :(

It didn't help. Also, it started after I reinstalled Windows 11. I have yet to setup it, so I have not made any changes.

Also, everything is working fine in other browsers.

2 Night ago I was on my Facebook page tonight I can not get on it say Firefox did not connect. I don't understand why because I was on 2 night ago and all was good. Firefox says it not a secure site Please help me I would really appreciate. Thank you Penny

Hello All I took my box to best buy because it was not working properly. They replaced the drive now I have no access to the passwords saved in firefox. Is there any way to get them back ? I have the old drive ! Any help greatly appreciated Gary

Newbie question: today I started out using Firefox, so bear with me.

I am trying to set the Firefox Home page to display a limited number of 'pins'. Did manage to get them there, but some other pins are automatically added (based on recent visits I suppose?) So I have 8 pins, 3 I don't want. When dismissing, I get other links instead.

Maybe this is by design and can not be changed.

Vainly search for a way to have only the few pins, that I want, show there, nothing else.

Im opening hbomax site and everytime i just get 3 loading dots and sudden black screen, i tried clearing cookies and cache, i tried troubleshoot mode, its still the same. Site works fine on chrome

Just a little while ago, I wrote about how Firefox updated and now my Gmail "stars' are gone, I cannot access my work Webmail, and PBS Passport is a problem.

I forgot to mention that I play NYT Spelling Bee, and until this update, I could click on "Today's Hints" and see that page. Now a picture winks in for a second or less, and then the screen is blank.

Something is definitely haywire with Firefox if so many disparate sites are a problem, right?
