I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! 'spouse hacks my internet activity through firefox. somehow he gets on and then has free access to every movement i make on the internet everywhere. This has gone on for 3 years. how do i stop this?

Every time I wake my computer up or start it, I get the attached error about a profile not being compatible. I did switch to the ESR release channel a while back, but I deleted the old profiles; the folder is gone and the profile manager shows only the ESR profile. I have also tried to prevent firefox from starting on startup, but it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to prevent this error from happening, or have any ideas of how to investigate what's going on further?

"Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?

First of all, why are there two Other Bookmarks folders? When I add a new bookmark, my routine is to open Manage Bookmarks, drag the new bookmark to the second (lower) Other bookmarks folder, then choose Sort > Sort by Name. I have also tried A > Z Sort Order. The sorts work within the Manage Bookmarks window, but they are not saved automatically, and I do not see a way to save them manually. Also, if I go to the Other Bookmarks folder on the far right side of the Bookmarks Toolbar, I have to scroll down to the bottom of the list to see my new bookmarks. They are not in ascending alphabetical order the way I want them.

No changes been made to my Mozilla account unless Mozilla banned me for constructive criticism yesterday. Earlier today Oct 4, 24 booted up laptop no issues. 3 hours later from cold start issue.

My version of FF 131.0 updated yesterday indicates I'm not signed in. Repeated sign-in attempts successful only to be disconnected seconds later. No issues logging into Mozilla Monitor to see progress and navigate around without disconnection. On Android 11 cell phone no issues, on Asus tablet Android 7.0 no issues. What am I doing wrong or missing? See attached screen shots and browser data.
