I posted my problem last week on the forum and was told to do a Control+Shift+K, which I did. It indicated that Fingerprinting was blocking the sonograms. I am nervous about unblocking this one feature of eBird and wonder if someone could investigate and walk me through fixing it without messing things up overall. Nobody answered my post. I can't delete the malware "Startfenster. I tried to find help with "Google"-Search. Without any success! This malware exists for me in "Firefox" only. Other browsers are not affected. Perhaps anyone can help me... Thank's!

Two QNAP NAS displayed readable web pages this morning. Early afternoon I updated Firefox with a reset and the admin pages on both servers are unusable. How can I roll back Firefox or recover the earlier version?

Dear Mozilla Firefox.

I have tried so many times to reset my Mozilla Firefox account password to no avail, using my Account Recovery Key, which I stored in LibreOffice Draw on my computer. The so many times that I tried, the error that comes up is: "Invalid account recovery Key", no matter how many codes are sent for me to rest my password. Please, rectify the problem as to why a correctly stored 32 characters Account Recovery Key is not working for me to reset my password. Regards

I am having an issue where my browser does not show the webpage title or website name when it returns results. I haven't changed anything about my browser recently and I'm really unsure of what is going on. Any advice to fix this would be appreciated.

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hello, with older versions of firefox, it was easy to rank your favorite sites, which could avoid having 50 windows open at all times. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
