I have been having an issue with Firefox opening certain websites and unfortunately my self and other friends are forced to use Chrome. It is even difficult to contact anyone at Mozilla on this issue. If we Mozilla doesn't show concern we will easily make the complete transition over to Chrome. This is the fourth time I asked for help and have tried trouble shooting the issue from posts listed. We are sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved and have been with Firefox for over ten years. Does anyone at Mozilla care? No phone numbers, no direct contact? Why the hiding? Obviously we are all pissed off about this issue.

How about fixing this bug that was put in the last update. I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. I am switching to another browser because I cannot complete a simple login with your bugged software update. I am not using my phone to fix a software issue you have created...do the update or you will be losing more customers.

I've imported bookmarks and passwords and stuff, and since refreshed firefox but can't find a way to fully restore it to initial settings, even uninstall and reinstall won't do it

when i login my google account on firefox they say this browser is not try another browser. and if you already use supportive browser then try again and if click on try again and try it they still show me same statement.

Whenever I play videos on YouTube in Firefox, the video is always choppy and does not run smoothly. I’ve tried restarting the browser and checking my internet connection, but the issue continues. This problem only happens in Firefox, not in other browsers.

When I try to open my mail in Yahoo I'm getting the following message" We couldn't load this message. There are no contacts on my list as well. I tried to read my mail on Google and it worked.

I’ve noticed the bloxstrap download page doesn’t load smoothly in firefox, while it works fine in chrome. sometimes the buttons don’t respond unless I refresh. Is this a caching or compatibility thing with firefox?

Ok, this happens every so often. I use a Laptop running up to date Win 11. For the last several days, when I try to get on Facebook, Firefox doesn't log me in all the way. Pages are just frozen and I can't do anything. I back out, I reboot, but nothing works so just now I logged into Edge and am just flying around Facebook! I have changed nothing so it is not me or my machine. Why does Firefox do this? I love it and have used it for years but this drives me crazy!! Thanks

When I try to create a new presentation in PowerPoint I get the message that the browser is not compatible. When I click for support it says it should be compatible. Running Windows 10. PPT and Firefox are up to date.

The other one was a login page for an Admin site - that is not suitable for testing, since it contains confidential data.

Hello, when browsing gallery sites, well, i actually only have one in mind (NSFW https://hitomi.la), each time i move to the next picture previous, picture disappears then there is site background, but only for a moment, then the next picture appears, thus creating flickering effect. Its different from slow loading. It only happens on next unloaded picture, meaning, that if i move back and forth between already loaded pictures then everything is fine. Other browsers, Edge and Chrome, doesn't have that problem, they load pictures seamlessly.

I was wondering if i can do something in about:config, but i have no idea what to change. I also tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it made it even worse.

Y want to be able to chat with my friends in Facebook and at times it takes my 20 minutes of waiting to get connected!!! And now all of the blue I get a bunch of widgets instead and also A sign that says that there is a problem with my browser!!! Please help me out!!! Hi Mozilla support Having used MetOffice daily forecasts for many years, 3 days ago it stopped working on my desktop. I still have Windows 7 but always the latest version of Firefox, and everything else works fine in Firefox (including other weather forecast websites thankfully). A page of Met Office headings appears instead of the forecast.

I emailed them yesterday and this is the reply: 'To see the public website in the previously recognised format, you would need to upgrade the browser version you are using or the Operating System of your device. This issue is affecting users on unsupported mobile devices (phones/tablets) as well as those on PCs and Laptops with unsupported software on them. As per our Met Office Website Policy page - which details the level of support we offer and to which browsers – we currently only support the latest two versions of Chrome and Safari; the latest version of Edge and Samsung Internet; finally the latest version of Firefox only being partially supported. This policy has been developed to comply with the World Wise Web Consortium (W3C) AA Accessibility Standards. It also details the Decision Tree of which versions would continue to be supported or no longer supported We appreciate this may be frustrating, but without updating or replacing this unsupported software/hardware you will be unable to view the public weather website in the correct format.'

Since it says 'the latest version of Firefox only being partially supported' I guess there is nothing else I can do to access their forecast (apart from getting new PC and using Windows 11, which I will be doing later this year). Kind regards, Katy

Hi, I have noticed that for the last three weeks, i have been unable to access Whatsapp web using the Firefox, is there a problem? While using other browsers, the whatsapp web is accessible. Please rectify that coz firefox is my default browser. Thank you.

Computer: Lenovo Y70-70 laptop Phone: Motorola Edge+ 5G UW (2022) OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Firefox: Version 134.0.1 (64-bit)

When I awoke my laptop from sleep this morning, the opened Mercari tab did not load correctly, forcing me to log out and attempt to reset it. It acted as if I was not logged in to begin with and would not load the correct account information. When I logged out and then attempted to log back in, I was given an error that stated that the password or account was incorrect. I contacted Mercari Support for assistance, first, as I could not log into my account on an Edge browser, either. When I opened a Chrome browser, it auto-logged me in without issue. Mercari support assisted me for close to 13 hours, and eventually changed my email address associated with my account. Unfortunately, after that, I still could not get logged in, still getting the same wrong password or account message on my laptop. HOWEVER, when I opened firefox on my phone and attempted to log in there, it worked, using the same account and password information as I had attempted on my laptop. Additionally, I was able to log into my Mercari app on my phone, as well as BOTH Chrome and Edge on my laptop. It is only Firefox on my laptop which is not accepting the correct information. I have cleared my cache on firefox, which did not work. I have done an end task on Firefox on my laptop and restarted it, which did not work. I have restarted my laptop, which did not work. I power cycled my T-mobile router, which did not work. I even connected to the internet via hot-spot through my motorola phone, which also did not work. I can log into Mercari on any other way that I attempt, using the same account and password, EXCEPT for Firefox on my Lenovo. Firefox claims that it is up to date and will not find a newer update. Nothing was altered, to my knowledge, between putting my laptop to sleep last night and waking it up this morning. No updates, power interruptions, or anything that I am aware of. I am at my wit's end and am out of ideas for things to try to fix this. Please help. I do NOT want to have to run Chrome again, just to be able to log into a single page on my laptop.
