Is it possible for a big tech company like Apple to release a web platform that is not compatible with Firefox? Firefox is not supported by Apple School Manager (https://school.apple.com) i.e. a web platform designed for educational institutions (PA). Is it legal? Is it possible to make a claim to EU institutions? Thank you

I've been using the following in userChrome.css for many years

1. menu_close { display: -moz-box !important; }

to restore "Close Tab" in the File menu, based on cor-el's response regarding restoring menu_bookmarkAllTabs here:

This stopped working some time ago and I am finally getting around to asking why.

I do have toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets set to true, and other items in userChrome.css are working.

I am using 121.0 at home and 115.0 ESR at work and see the same (i.e. no "Close Tab"), in both cases on Debian testing. I do see this menu item when using the keyboard to open the File menu.

Any idea why this no longer works?

When I call up a website that a user requests a certificate.

Can I tell Firefox to save my decision.

How can I delete this decision afterwards?

I can't find anything about this. Delete website setting does not help.

Only resetting the whole profile would work.

But I don't want to do that.

I recently set-up a userChrome.css folder to customize my browser. The thing I miss about Chrome is the fully rounded shapes that use "border-radius: 2em;". I noticed that I can't change the border radius of search bars and tabs to make them fully rounded.

I have tried: @media (border-radius: 8px) { border-radius: 2em !important; }

I have also tried 30 different codes but none edited the homepage, I have even looked through the activity-stream.css to copy the code and change just that tiny bit for my liking but nothing. My question is, is there any other way to achieve fully rounded corners on all things?

Hello, I want your help! Because I want to change the appearance of checkboxes to toggles without affecting the other checkboxes (like rounded checkboxes) using userChrome.css in Firefox.

I'm not friend with CSS, because I don't know much about programming. So, please write me a correct CSS code in a comment.

I recently downloaded Tree Style Tab. I still see the horizontal tab bar. I would like to hide it. However, I have tried just about every answer I could find on Mozilla, Google, Reddit, and any other websites that offered solutions. Nothing has worked since the last update. This includes the "type in about:config, toggle to true, open profile folder, create userChrome.css file, copy and paste xyz code, save, and restart Firefox" route.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Often times when I open a new tab, I get a dot that goes back and forth and will not open the tab. This seems to happen if I don't use Firefox for a few minutes. It's like its trying to open but can't.

I recently lost my passwords on my desktop browser. I went through the troubleshooting and checked the alternative profile which also didn't have them. I then found the logins.json file and noticed that almost all of the entries (apart from the 7 that do show up) have a 'deleted: yes' line. How do I 'un-delete' them and re-import them?

Hi, I have a lot of bookmarks that are specifically made to always open in a specific container.

After updating to 121 I'm always asked if I want to open the URL in a container.

How can I get rid of the question and just always assume "Yes"?

I keep messages from Norton that it is blocking threats from prmsvrs.com and it is coming thru Firefox.exe. How to stop it? i have changed ip address to no avail.

Logins and passwords are missing. Noticed this when websites that I commonly use were not auto filling. There must have been more than 100 entries in my Logins and passwords folder. Now only 25. This is on Windows and iphone where I use Firefox.

Ok. The update downloaded 2 1/2 days ago. I've used Firefox since that download. It didn't install until now. 2 1/2 days later. Why the long delay? And why don't you have something show up in the banner or toolbar that designates that an upload to Firefox is happening? Now, we all have to guess why Firefox is behaving slow and erratic, close and re-open, and check for version.

Okay, I am unable to get into my bank online even after doing steps to fix Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR checking the site, it says this is at firefoxes end

Since updating to 12.1 (64 bit), I find that I can longer recieve any stream from VIPBOX, although I am still able to recieve the streams if I use "Chrome" as my web browser. Thank you.
