I haven’t used Firefox in years. Recently, I got a new Mac M mini with the M4 chip and I’m trying to use Firefox as my primary browser because many websites don’t seem to work with Safari. Now, I’m facing a big dilemma. I don’t remember the password for Firefox from the past. It doesn’t seem to remember it, and I can’t change it. Every time I try to use Firefox, it keeps asking for this password. Can you please help me reset the password and set up a Firefox account that works seamlessly with my fingerprint as a password? If this is not possible, I’ll have to choose not to use the service.

I have tried multiple times today to change my password to a more secure one.

I do not receive the emails with the code to continue - have checked junk, spam etc.

I have another email address you can use: [email 2 removed] or [email 3 removed] Please help

I somehow have two mozilla account. Or one with two emails. Can't even tell which is the case.

When I look at accounts.firefox, I see a gmail one as primary and a sonic one as secondary.

I also use a password manager which I can't access from pages accepting changes, so I keep having to create stupid passwords that aren't really secure. but I save them.

When I try to create a recovery key using my primry email, the password I created is not accepted.

So completely frozen. Would like to set up a ticket and get help as I have previously via email but I don't know how I managed to do that either. Don't know what to do. Can someone direct me to a live human way to get help?

I used my recovery key to get into my Mozilla account. A followup email arrived telling me that a new recovery key had been created. But the new key wasn't included in the email. How can I get another recovery key? It's a useful tool. Thanks Wayne Nelson

I can not remember my Sync password and it will not let me change it. Every avenue is blocked by a pop up window asking me for the password that I forgot!! This is insane!

I forgot my master password and need to reset.

hi! today i bought a new computer and tried to sign into my firefox account.but unfortunately i only remembered my email name.so i changed my password by "forgot password".now all my saved password are gone. how can i get those back? i dont have the old ssd that had firefox . should i send an email to mozilla?

Sp I went away for 18 months and I got out of jail with nothing, no devices at all.So I'm trying to get back into my accounts My recovery account is [edited from public] @outlook.com, I have all the info to all my account there, but I don't remember the password or it's just locked me out I don't know.That account is also the recovery for firefox too. So I'm not sure how to get that info, but it's here someplace on this browser
