Bonjour, j'utilise un compte firefox depuis longtemps avec toutes mes données, compte mots de passe, favoris, j'ai changé d'appareil et me suis connecté a ce compte, mais cette fois si, je n'ai plus rien du tout, j'ai l'habitude pourtant de changer régulièrement d'appareil et tout se synchronise a chaque fois, mais la rien, je n'ai plus rien, merci de m'aider rapidement

Newly restored Lenovo factory image. 2 pieces 3rd party sw: Atlas (v0.4.1 9Oct2024) and Firefox 133.0. Windows 10 22H2, no updates pending, Edge / Cortana / CoPilot removed (by Atlas).

FF sync account is recognized, sends auth code to email, when enter code, get the: "Bad Request Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again." at each attempt.

Oddly, I have 2FA enabled, and have not been queried for its code. Perhaps that is where process is failing?

Another Lenovo machine, M710Q 1TB 16GB Windows 22H2 with Atlas, Firefox 133.0 and a slew of 3rd party software and updates is running just fine. Am able to sync / manipulate account as needed, FF Relay, etc.

Suggestions / tips before I nuke the M920Q and start from scratch again?

Move open account to new computer, old computer died, Firefox[ Mozilla] have all my pass words also, Will not let me open old e mails etc. sync wants cell phone,it doesn't work where I live. thanks john

Hello, I have new computer. Why after changing password and log in I do not have any personal data? It has been NO WARNING about it... How can I get data of my firefox back???

I kinda need your help. I just switched from Windows to Manjaro Linux and I cannot retrieve my Firefox bookmarks and passwords. I do not have access to the old setup because I have formatted the disk and I have only this one on Linux.

I have used my Firefox account multiple times in order to login on a new device and every time it has retrieved my bookmarks and passwords but not this time. Before logging in from this device I had to reset my Firefox password because I had forgot it -- is this a security measure maybe?

Are my bookmarks and passwords gone forever? Thanks!

When will Firefox be back working so I can use it. Firefox announced yesterday that it crashed and I still can’t bring it back

bold textYOUR LAST UPDATE, CLOSED ALL MY TABS, AND ALSO WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT WARNING. THEN WANTING TO RESTORE, THE BUTTON IS GREYED OUT. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO THAT? AT LEAST DON'T MAKE THE RESTORE BUTTON FUNCTIONAL?
