I added Canvas Blocker on both my computer and android phone's Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/canvasblocker/

The add-on never worked well for me and cause glitches, so I disabled and uninstalled it. But I noticed now that trying to access Google Maps via Firefox in the Android app is completely broken. The site is in a constant loading/stopping loop, flickering the address between Google Maps and the new blank page tab. There's nothing on the page, it's just white. It will keep infinitely loading and unloading itself. My computer is fine and loads Google Maps without issue, it's just the android app of Firefox on my phone that's bugging out.

• This happens regardless of whether Canvas Blocker is installed, disabled, or uninstalled. I even tried disabling uBlock Origin thinking it might've been doing something, but it did nothing.
• I've tried clearing the cache, it didn't work.
• I tried clearing cookies, it didn't work.
• I went into my Apps in Settings on my phone to clear the cache, it didn't work.
• I restarted my phone, it didn't work.
• My Firefox app on my phone is updated, and my phone is updated too.
• This still happens in Private Browsing.

I can't access about: pages on my phone, so I'm completely lost on why this is broken or if this is even fixable at all. The person who made the Canvas Blocker add-on extension didn't address my issue and ignored me entirely.

I know I can just use the Google Maps app, but I don't have the space on my phone for it and I don't like how a site is broken on Firefox.

I don't wanna have to clear all my app data and uninstall and reinstall the Firefox app, I'll lose all my bookmarks and settings and add-on settings. Can anyone help me please?

vary unhappy with the new update. never have had issues with fire fox like this. when going to zillow.com i get this message: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination. I noticed this is only the fire fox browser having this issue. i have already disabled ad blocker and vpn reset fire fox lost all my tabs! reset the computer and nothing still, i get the same message. i have used fire fox since it was a thing and recommending it always. getting a different browser right now to do my house buying, i don't feel safe using fire fox for this adventure any longer. my apologies if this seems like an emotional decision but i see this in everything that gets to big they lose the plot its an infection that is embedded in everything now, windows, home and car pricing. major changes to os and how its used. company's hate there customers anymore and were noticing.

I am using windows 11, after the latest update 149.02 I am unable to log into CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) account it gives me error message 0001 with an exclamation mark on the screen, tried disabling all add on no luck,

Ever since the last update of the Firefox program, I am frequently getting the "Server Not Found" message when I click on links online. If I switch browsers, the links work just fine so it is obviously Mozilla's problem and not anything with my "modem or router" as I am told int he "what can you do about it" message on this error. Mozilla needs to look into this problem and update whatever is causing the failure to link message.

Symptoms: Gmail rendered on a half window, Youtube video boxes flickering, weird rendering stuff, is this my ancient GPU card? Other browsers work fine. Is it firefox, my Win11 machine, the old GPU? I don't want to migrate to another browser, but this is getting untenable!

I have no issue with youtube on any other browser, but I do prefer Firefox. However, Fierfox says that site is slowing down firefox and suggests I close that page. Firefox did not do this in the past. Is this similar to the rather ugly color of the private window that I can't change, not being a coder? The impression I get is that Mozilla is making changes without assuring they work properly. I currently have to use chrome to make sure youtube works correctly.

I have previously enjoyed firefox very much. After the latest update I am now unable to login to bluehost, nor can i copy from chatgpt any more. What happened. I can do the same in Chrome.

when attempting to login to 53.com credentials are entered, login pressed, login flashes but no login.... as if there is a pop up or something that should occur and doesn't. On edge it works fine, press login and a clock like symbol overlays the login button and then you are in....

I am using Windows 11 on a Dell laptop. I have the latest version of Firefox installed. I have used Firefox as my default browser on this machine and O/S for the last year with no problems. I can use Firefox to get to other websites without issue, using either a 5G cellular connection or a WiFi connection direct from the Dell laptop. I DO NOT use password vaults or any kind of automated password entry, and I do not have any bio-metric access functions activated on the laptop; I enter usernames and passwords manually, as needed. I have accessed my Outlook Hotmail account using Firefox without problem up until about 4 weeks ago. Now, I can enter my username successfully, but when I then enter my password I get a rejection screen response from Microsoft (clicking on it, I then get a "help" screen about what to do after getting a 404 message). After navigating through a maze of screens from Microsoft I will get an opportunity to verify my identity by using my cell phone and entering a 6-digit code (essentially a form of "2 factor" identification) and then I will get access to Outlook on the Firefox browser. I should mention here, that I don't use 2 factor ID on my email or with Outlook, and after entering my password, I would have been connected to my email directly. I do NOT have this issue when I try logging in to Outlook using Chrome or Edge on the same machine. I have: rebooted my machine, reinstalled the latest version of Firefox, cleared cache, used Firefox in Safe Mode, cleared cookies and browser history, turned off tracking protection, cleared URLs from tracking protection exceptions, and tried various combinations of all of the above. I also ran "scannow" and "DISM" functions to make sure Windows is not corrupted. Nothing has fixed the problem, and, Microsoft Support claims that since the other browsers work, the problem must originate with Firefox (surprise, surprise! ...). Any assistance in what steps to take to get Outlook to accept passwords that are sent through Firefox would be greatly appreciated!

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Google Fonts (.woff2) on Windows 10. Only on some but not all pages whoch are using Google Font woff2: Fonts display correctly after starting Firefox, but as soon as I reload the pages with for the first time, they appear corrupted and remain broken. Private Browsing mode renders the fonts correctly, and Chrome does not have this problem.

Below is a detailed list of everything I’ve tried with ChatGPT so far to troubleshoot the issue.

Private Browsing works → problem is related to persistent normal-mode caching or rendering

Only occurs in normal windows, consistently reproducible after first reload

Problem seems specific to .woff2 font handling and Firefox’s rendering pipeline on Windows 10

Whenever I try and access the UGC cinema site - showing latest movies in various locations - the opening page gets blocked straightaway upon opening: my screen turns dim, I cannot select either latest movies or cinema hall where a given movies is shown... I cannot do anything. The mouse refuses to click anywhere .. Strangely when I open the same site , namely https://www.ugc.fr/ , with another net provider: either Opera or Microsoft Edge, I do not have any problem ... Why does this site work OK with Opera or Microsft Edge and not with Firefox ??? I get no warning or error message from Firefox either, nor from my Antivirus ... A real puzzle. I just upgraded my Dell desktop computer -- Win 11 and some other hardware tweaks. Everything is fine -- but an old problem that was resolved some time ago in this forum has reemerged. My mouse wheel does not scroll properly at all with Google Calendar. I recall a simple solution on this forum that worked perfectly a few years ago when I originally set up the computer. It has apparently been removed, and I can not find anything to resolve the matter. Does anyone recall the secret formula? Is it hidden away somewhere? The scrolling is so convenient, and the instinct is hard to break.

Turning off Privacy Badger Turning off the default add blocker Starting the program in Safe Mode Refreshing the browser Turning off DRM Controlled Content Turning off Use recommended performance settings Deleting cookies related to the website Clearing cache and temporary files

None of the above had any effect. I was able to play these streams in earlier versions.

The streams will play in Chrome but not in Safari so this may be the result of a change in the website that was not tested outside of Chrome.

Any other suggestions would be helpful.

Since firefox 149 was installed on my computers about 5 days ago I have not been able to do the following on my 2 mac computers: 1) open up any groups in facebook, even my own group. I can see the groups on my feed but when I click on the group name a message appears stating the group page is not available. I have no violations, no alerts, I have cleared the cache, I have logged in and out, I have restarted the computer numerous times. Nothing has helped. 2) I can not change my facebook password. The message is "I am using a new devise" but I am using the same devise I always use and have used for many years. 3) I have received the email to verify my account but it does not solve the problem of my being able to change my password or open groups. 4) I can not edit my website that is a weebly/squareup account. the message is "looks like there is a problem with this site, firefox can not connect". 5) on my android phone I can see my own page, my group page and the others groups I am a member of but not the mac os computers.

Hi, I am using Firefox version 150.0.3 (64 bit). It says it is up to date and I'm on Windows 11and it is fully updated. I use the Colorado Peak website but can not upload documents to them or read my mail from them. I have to go to another browser to do that.

I have used Firefox as my default browser for over 20 years I don't want to give it up or use another browser even to do just a few things once in a while. Peak tech support says they have communicated with Firefox but gotten no response. Help!!

I have a problem connecting to the attached website. I have deleted both the cooking and cache for this website. I don't have a problem with the Chrome browser going to the same website. What do I need to do to get it working again on my up-to-date Firefox? Thanks!

This last week my Firefox browser is having problems with a number of sites, Home depot, Lowes, Best buy and others. I tried cleaning cookies and cache, re-installed Firefox but nothing helped. Re-occuring Captcha message when i attempt to sign into Facebook. .. 3 days now .... why ??

I have cleared cache. - history - ran virus and malware scans. ... nothing works to stop this Captcha thing

I've tried to access each of 3 new TP-Link EAP 770 access points' web interface using current version of Firefox on a Mac and a Windows 11 laptop and I believe there's some security setting blocking the access. Usually, I would receive the warning with an "Advanced" button to allow you to continue to the web interface, but now I only receive a "Looks like there's a Problem with the Site" with a "Try Again" button. I had an older Windows 10 laptop with an older version of Firefox that actually allowed me to access one of the access points, but after the laptop had been online for a few minutes (and updated the Firefox version) my access started to fail again. Any help is appreciated.
