Hello,

I am in a situation where I am a student at the university of Gothenburg. At the university the students have their own spaces at a cyberspace cloud storage facility. The place is called Canvas. In Canvas the students subject are lined up and information about each subject is also stored and other features about the students education. The place is only about university information and education. Yesterday, I tried to log in to my account into Canvas at the university of gothenburg, at Handelshögskolan on my computer. It was not a success. I tried to use the regular webbrowser for Apple, Safari, but it was not a problem there and I was able to login. I was also able to login to my account on my cellphone, which is logged in via an application downloaded from Appstore.

I do not wish to use Safari because it is not purposeful in the usage in the direction via education that i am looking to achieve.

How can you help me solve this please?

Saved a new password for a site in the manager, but the update on the site failed. Now I can't login there (need to change the email address linked on the site, and can't without the old password that I forgot)... and the support on the site is bad.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm recovering an older Firefox Sync Account. I can login on https://accounts.firefox.com. My password is valid. I cannot login within Firefox (activating Sync). It simply does not continue - After entering the E-Mail-Address and clicking the Button "Sign up or sign in". The browser network debug show no (obvious) communication error.

Please advise.

I am in the UK I want to access channel t catch-up service and get a request to disable the ad-blocker.

I have no idea what the icon looks like or how else to mam=nage it. I didn't know that I had an ad-blocker.

I have returned to firefox after getting a new laptop, but I can only create 8 shortcuts on the home page. Initially I could only create 5, but 3 more opportunities to 'add a shortcut' randomly appeared. I have selected to have 4 rows of shortcuts and this setting remains, but still I cannot add any new shortcuts. How can I add more shortcuts please?

Firefox prevents going into hibernate mode. It only appears to blank screen until mouse is moved or lid moved. This happened on 3 year old dell and now on new lenovo. I've gotten around it by going into task manager and killing firefox before hibernating. This doesn't happen on a newly opened window. I've noticed that as you use it, in the task manager, (not sure of correct term) the amounts of firefox tasks/threads? increases but does not decrease when tabs are closed. Eventually hibernate stops until I kill the firefox program. I thought this might go away with new lenovo with twice the ram, but happens at same rate. If I forget to kill firefox, I end up with a dead battery. This doesn't happen with edge or other browsers I've tried.

I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing persistent loading delays on Firefox across all websites. Pages eventually load, but it consistently takes longer than it should or don't load at all, can't even log in on some sites such as Twitch. At first, I thought the issue was only on YouTube, but I’ve confirmed it affects all websites.

I’ve already gone through extensive troubleshooting steps, including: Clearing cookies and cache Changing DNS providers (tried both Cloudflare and Google DNS) Using the Firefox Refresh option Fully reinstalling Firefox Scanning my system for malware (none detected) Verifying that no extensions or add-ons are installed Confirming my internet connection and speed are stable Testing the same sites in Chrome, where everything loads smoothly Despite all of this, the problem persists only in Firefox. For whatever reason every time 'Firefox' browser goes down my email shuts down also. This did not happen prior to trashcan Win!!(recently installed). It's a pain in the ass having to reactivate 'Firefox' then contact my email server to reactivate my email service. Any assist is appreciated. TangoYankee in advance.

Since my Firefox updated, the audio system is not work that I miss most virtual meetings. I tried multiple times but I cannot update to play the audio system. Please help the steps to set up my computer system. Thank you. Jong Lee

Since updating to last version, when trying to access my two banking accounts, on different banks, the send button, when entering my user and password, doesn't do anyting. All other buttons and links respond.

Bank Login (a single bank) - This has worked fine for years but now there is a problem. I use FireFox password manager and it contains the user name and password and they are correct. When logging in the user name and password are shown and they are correct but the website says user name or password is incorrect. When I type in the user name it works. Why?
