When I turn off my computer at night I have my bookmarks. But, when I turn it back on in the morningm on the top left I know longer have the option to click on bookmarks because that word isn't showing, anymore. Can I have a phone number at Mozilla to call to get this resolved?

Hello, I was using a cleaner program called "Cleaner One Pro" and I mistakenly let it clean my main firefox profile, and then I backed up my system afterward, unknowingly overwriting my recent backup. When I tried running firefox again, it had regressed to an earlier snapshot of my profile and was reloading all my tabs as well. Also, all my previous sessions and my history was all erased. This program should not have erased those, and if it had not, I could have simply let the tabs reload and been fine. So my profile was left in an earlier state with no way to recover current tabs. I have many, many, many open tabs on firefox, which has NEVER been a problem whatsoever. All my tabs were in an earlier version. I, however, found that firefox had made a partial backup of my profile into another folder in the same folder as my profile, but this backup was not complete, and trying to use it as a complete profile resulted in only a few tabs open at all, worse than even before. But this limited backup included my complete, current history. Are there any other file or files in this limited profile backup that I could use to restore my open tabs? I am using the absolute latest and newest version of firefox. My sessions and similar files are missing from both folders. It seems this funny little partial profile backup was made, and I was hoping there was a way to restore my open tabs from this little, smaller, partial firefox backup profile folder. Has anyone ever seen this, and how can I recover?

As of now, I restored an 11-day old profile and was able to import my new history into that using an extension, and if worst came to worst, I could at least recover my history and all the sites in that time of the missing 11 days I had went into, but I was hoping to recover my current tabs from that time as well. In this limited profile backup folder that exists next to the profile folder that was trashed, Is there any other file besides the session files that could have stored my open tabs, that I somehow didn't see or know about, which I could use to get my tabs back? I would willingly let firefox reload my tabs if possible to restore them as they were before this happened.

This is more of a review, because it is impossible to get help from these forums, effective help (judging by the AI-based answers) And it is impossible to write a review or suggest an idea, since the site does not open, which is ideas. Maybe because I'm from Russia. About six months ago, very serious problems started with the browser. I have Windows 11, a completely modern computer, and Kaspersky anti-virus. And the problem arose like this, from time to time, the browser began to multiply images in the tab, i.e., a random part of the image in the browser appeared instead of another element. And gradually the whole tab turned out to be in the form of a puzzle. This was accompanied by an actual system freeze, treated by logging back into the Windows profile, or rebooting, in the worst case. Simply put, the browser began to produce completely incomprehensible errors. And if it didn't bother me too much at first, I logged back in and that's it, in recent weeks the error has started to occur even during active browser use (it usually started after half an hour of inactivity) In recent weeks, the puzzle in the tab has appeared quite insanely often. By the way, there are no messages on this topic on the Web at all. And it's impossible to take a screenshot of the error, as the system was barely working at the time. As a result, I just reinstalled the browser, once again losing a huge number of open tabs (there are, of course, more than a thousand in the log, but there is no option to Open them) The ways to save sessions from the forum do not work at all, the extension of the Tab session manager did not work

And the review, in fact, was once a beautiful Fox, now it's not even a competitor to chrome. Which allows you to save data and restore it without unnecessary problems. I have installed Mozilla Firefox again, but all data will now be backed up in Chrome. Mozilla Firefox is just for surfing the Net. Today I installed a clean WIN10 version on my PC, expecting to just log into firefox afterwards and have all the data back within minutes, but I forgot my Firefox password... As I'm currently in another country I also couldn't just log in on any of my other devices to recover the password, so I decided to reset it via the E-Mail... well aparantly changing your password deletes the sync data?? I'm guessing there is no way to recover the data? So I got a relative of mine to start my backup notebook which has not been synched for a few months but some data should've still been there, at least I had thought so... password database there was empty... and instead of synching the firefox landing page from my notebook where all my pinned pages were, it copied the page from the new device and wiped that as well... Any way to revert the sync changes on the notebook?

I had to factory reset my computer and when i re-downloaded Firefox and logged in my bookmarks where no where to be found. I've look through some the the fixes and they don't seem to work is there anyway to recover my bookmarks?

After computer reset I can't open my Firefox, it keeps showing that it's crashing. I have a few really important tabs there and would like to know if it's possible to reinstall it and still keep my tabs from previous session?

I have a new computer that I want to sync my bookmarks to. I don't remember my password or recovery key (if I have one). I don't want to lose my bookmarks. How can I save them if my account gets reset and they are deleted?

I've been looking to recover my file history. I accidentally deleted my file history. I looked into recovery. I found out how using a youtube video. Using Sqlite recovery app on this file "places.sqlite." However, when I search and looked up a few things, it was basically the history I can already access and that only goes back from now to like december 2023. I want to go back a few years. Did I do something wrong using the sqlite app for that file?

I have been a firefox user for 5 years now and i gave my laptop to repair and it was fixed with an ssd (HP NVMe SSD) to better performance and more speed and efficiency but in the process he rebooted and restarted the pc and now all my data is not there , i have some very important webpages and bookmarks in my firefox browser, i had signed in synced and done everything so that i get the data if something like this happens , however and only 3 or 4 bookmarks were imported and all the search history is gone and new even though i signed in with all my accounts and synced and tried to get the data , i remember that i did everything properly to sync and store the account data,search history,bookmarks and password s and now i am not able to get it and i tried doing it with all accounts i had logged in firefox.how do i get my search history,bookmarks,saved passwords back please tell?
