I have two credit cards saved in Firefox 147.0.2. When a web site asks for my cc info, a yellow box opens identifying both cards. When I hover over one, the boxes are filled in in yellow. When I click on the card i wish to use, everything disappears and all of the boxes are blank and back to their original color.

I am on a MAC running Tahoe OS 26.2

What am I doing wrong?

How to get rid of auto saved bad email addresses? Someone used my friends NAME but a DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS two or three times, and I accidentally pick the bad address & she doesn't get her email!!!! These addresses are Not in my address book, just in the aol drop down box.

This appears to be a new "feature" that is absolutely insanely stupid.

There are websites that use a phone number as a user ID and now, instead of that number being remembered by Firefox as a user ID, Firefox now inserts a list of EVERY possible phone number you've ever typed, for you to chose from. The irony in my case being that the phone number in question that was being used as a user ID, is NOT in the list.....

Anyone know how to turn it off? Thanks - Brett

LATELY, I CANNOT USE MY CREDIT CARD. i INPUT MY SAVED PASSWORD FROM WINDOWS LOGIN.

IT OFFERS CHOICES THEN WHEN I ATTEMPT TO PAY WHAT I WANT TO PAY, THE FORM GOES BLANK AGAIN.

NOT SURE IF THIS IS A WINDOWS ISSUE OR FF, BUT AT LEAST MY ANSWER WILL BE QUICKER HERE.

I have autofill turned on, and it works (almost). The address fields are completed, but left in yellow highlight, and when I try to submit the form, it isn't accepted. I have to manually enter and then delete a character for they yellow highlight to clear - and then the form submission works. It's happening with more sites now.

Is there a solution?

How do I delete Government Gateway user ID number stored in my computer. When i go on the website and enter the first digit, several numbers appear starting with that digit. I would like only one number to appear.

I noted, that credit cards autofill works, but on ~50% of websites it fails. I can see the autofill dropdown, but if I select any card, no fields are filled. Manual filling works. One of examples: https://ipn.paymentus.com, but there are many. Again, on some websites it works just fine.

Another issue - I cannot edit cards. Settings->Payment methods->Manage, then select a card, press "Edit" and nothing happens.

Context: version 148.0 (64-bit), Canonical snap build (crap, I cannot DISABLE snap build and totally switch to deb!!!)

P.S. I really miss feature to add "aliases" for cards...

Hi, I use Firefox as a primary browser on multiple PCs, so want it to remember a couple of addresses & payment methods for easy daily useage. However, I also access one business domain & when using that website only, I don't want Firefox to offer/remember/anything when it comes to addresses (which will be customer addresses) or payment details (again, for customers). Other autofill, like suggestions for some form fields would ideally still work.

Is there are way to make one domain exempt from address & payment saving/retrieval?

my problem is that whenever I try to use form fill it will input everything and when it gets to the phone number it will add +1 to the entry so my phone number will be an incorrect or invalid number meaning that I will need to manually enter the information anyways which is kind of frustrating because what is the point

Hello, For few months my texts are being modified automatically in a strange way. please find an example in french : With Edge => bonjour, nous avons encore un souci sur une facture, le blocage V est présent. With Firefox => bonjour, nous assez assez un encore sur une facture , le V est présent. This means nothing :) Could you help me to stop this ? Tks

For months I've been trying to clear my saved form data as I put in the wrong email address, and when using saved form data sometimes don't notice it's wrong, so replies disappear into the ether.

Under Settings/Privacy & Security/Clear browsing data I have cleared Everything with all check boxes checked, and multiple times just tried the Saved form info checkbox. The wrong email refuses to die along with the related form data.

It is infuriating. Maybe you can correct it manually, or actually wipe it for me? The INCORRECT email is 'bongoots@yahoo.co.uk'. The CORRECT email is 'bongboots@yahoo.co.uk'.

The answer was this: Disable "Suggest Firefox Relay email masks to protect your email address" in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Passwords".

But I already have this setting disabled. The popup still comes up. (BTW it's in "Preferences -> Privacy & Secutiry ->Passwords". The popup still comes up.

I want to have Firefox auto fill my passwords. The directions I see say to go to Security and click on Logins and Passwords. When I go to Security Logins and Passwords is not listed there.

I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.

I have tried to set this up and have filled in and saved details for two credit cards using Firefox.

When I access the payment screen for payment - (in this case for VTTA membership) and click on the credit card number I can see a hover screen with ****1234 or ***5678 indicating my saved cards. When I press return for either card no details are filled in. When I key in the details manually for either card I get a red highlight for all fields and the payment is not processed. Does anyone know what I may have done to cause this?
