Hi, I have account from Many Years on Firefox and I usually when I got New Laptop I just Login in my Account and I retrieved all my Old Bookmarks and Add Ons this Time I got New Laptop and as Usual I Loged in but I got Nothing , I didn't found my Bookmarks or Add ons

Synced Tabs from other device did show till yesterday but no longer showing

It just says "connect another device"

My other device had to be 'factory reset' but that was some time ago (nearly a month) and the tabs from it were still showing till yesterday in my main device, Now they've disappeared, is there a way to get those tabs back??

I read somewhere that those tabs are maybe on the Firefox server, is there a way to access those???

I can log in to accounts.firefox.com on Edge no problem, which is how I am posting this.

I've tried reinstalling firefox, refreshing firefox, running firefox in safe/troubleshooting mode, but no luck.

I have an email account blocked (jgcaller129@gmail.com) and have tried the sync tab at the top corner of my computer. It sends a message with a number to this blocked email to unblock it- how am I supposed to get an email from you on a blocked account. How do I unblock this account. I have tried several times with the same result now the icon to sync isn't there anymore. PLEASE HELP This email is very important to me. You can send a reply to an alternate email account (also linked to Firefox -jgcaller15@gmail.com).

So i was using firefox in Linux recently and now because of linux issues, i switch back to windows. I logged in with same id but sync is not working. I had a long history of passwords, extensions and bookmarks. Also opened tabs and all but the account sync is not working. I even verified if this is the same account i logged in with in linux as i have 2FA and in the app it says this is the email i used for it. Please help me ASAP

I originally setup my account under a business email address that I do not operate or have access to that email. When I log in it wants to send a code to the registered email but I don’t have anyway to get that code. How do I bypass this? I’m trying to sync everything to my iPad from my desktop.

So I reformatted my computer today, but the process allowed me to keep all my personal files. I had made a backup in my appdata for all my passwords and bookmarks like Firefox allows when you're in Manage Passwords or Manage Bookmarks. After the formatting, I sign into my Firefox account, and it Syncs almost immediately. When I go into my appdata, the profile has been overwritten by the new sync, meaning all my passwords and bookmarks are now no longer available. Is there legitimately anything I can do??

I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I need help recovering all these asap.

I'm fairly new at this game of 'digital talking', so: I just paid for a 2yr subscription but do not see any visual evidence that this is indeed the case. How do I know I'm currently protected, isn't there an icon supposed to be on the monitor?

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

I have a firefox Account "accountA" which has the primary eMail-Address "mailA". I had an other Account "accountB" with primary eMail-Address "mailB" and secondary eMail-Address "mailC". Sadly I lost access to "accountB" and it's primary Mail-Address "mailB" (which is ok) but want to change the Mail from "accountA" to "mailC".

However, this is not possible since "mailC" is locked to "accountB" which I can no longer access (since I need the primary Mail Address. This meens I can never again use "mailC" for my Firefox account, which is now my primary Mail-Address. Is there should be a way to disconnect a Mail-Address from an account, if one has ownership of this Mail-Address?

I use 1 Firefox account on 3 devices (2 PCs and a smartphone). On the first PC, the number of synchronized passwords is 1126. On the second PC - 135 (similar on a smartphone).

I pressed the "Synchronize" button many times, everything works, new tabs appear, but there are no passwords. What to do? I'm afraid that if I log out of my account on the first PC, I will lose all access forever.

I just switched to Firefox from Chrome, because Chrome was crashing all the time.

All I want to do is sync my computer, laptop, phone and Ipad's reading list. I want to be able to see an article on one device, add to the reading list, and have it on all devices.

I'm logged in under the same name on all, and it says sync is on, but the reading lists are different.

Can someone help me? My phone number is [removed phone# from public support forum], email is [removed email from public].

Hi, Is there a possibility to delete the sync data without completely deleting the account? I used Firefox Sync to transfer some passwords and I understood that they are encrypted on the sync server. However, it might be that even the encryption might be broken and attackers could steal my passwords. That´s why I would like to delete the password data on the server (but keep the account).

Is this somehow possible? I didn´t find any article about exactly this topic.
