Hello, My school uses Google workspace. The logo of my schools appears as a broken image in Gmail/Google drive etc. when I use Mozilla Firefox (Ver 93.0) to login into my account. The problem does not happen if I use other browsers like Chrome or Microsoft edge. Could you please look into this problem. I am attaching a screenshot.

Hello! A site kept popping up a confirmation window for an action I was trying to take, and in the confirmation window, there was a checkbox for something like "don't allow [this website] to prompt me again" (that's as best I can remember). I checked the box thinking it would just allow the action to happen without the confirmation window, but instead, the site just won't take that action anymore. How can I undo this setting? Thank you!

version 94.0.2 (64-bit) message: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I can not see any of my bookmarks and I can not bookmark any page. I have: Shut down Firefox and restarted: no help uninstalled, deleted folders, and reinstalled: no help Import bookmarks from another browser: no help. That doesn't work either

What "security software" is the message talking about?

Hope you can help, because I don't want to go to another browser.

Hi there! I can't get DRM content to play. YouTube? Totally fine. No problems. Anything else?

Problems.

From Netflix: F7701-1003 From Hulu: RUNUNK13 HBO won't even let me past the login screen.

I have now done the following: (x3) Turned off accelerated hardware (x5) Cleared cache/cookies (I even went so far as to use my anti-spyware to do it once!) (x3) Turned off my addons/extensions (?) Rebooted. So many times that I don't know how many times I've tried it (2) Restarted my entire computer (1) Reloaded Firefox from scratch (1) Completely reinstalled Firefox - Updated graphics drivers and all other drivers that were out of date (?) Tried/checked the update side of Firefox, again, way too many times to count. Edit: My Firefox is up to date. I just have been checking to see if I'm missing something~ - Tried to update the CND, Widevine, which it will not. - Disabled and let Widevine reinstall

And now... I am left with 0 spoons and nothing left to try. I really don't know what to do. I would really prefer to not go with Chrome... Because I hate it. Please help me fix this issue, because it's driving me batty. I have tried googling other solutions, but nothing has worked and I am out of hair to pull out.

Recently I upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11 and since doing so, I've had consistent errors while browsing the web on Firefox. Most notably the "Humm. We're having trouble finding that site." error message.

For example, when visiting, say Verizon.com, the tab will display the aforementioned error to which I press Try Again and the website loads correctly every-time. No hiccups on the refresh.

I've tried the following:

  1. I've performed a completely clean uninstall of Firefox and then reinstall
  2. Cleared all browser history/cache
  3. Removed all extensions
  4. Disabled IPv6, HTTPS Over DNS, No Proxy
  5. Ran through Firefox's troubleshooting
  6. Used Firefox Troubleshooting Mode in the Browser
  7. Tested that the problem does not happen while using Edge

I've never had a single problem on Windows 10 with Firefox. Curious if others are experiencing the same issues and if there are any fixes. Nothing else on the PC has changed.

For the past two weeks, I've noticed that embedded maps make my browser immediately crash. I initially thought it was a Firefox problem, but I have been having a similar issue with Safari. This does NOT happen on my iPhone using the same two browsers. This also does not seem to effect Google Maps or embedded Google Maps, but embedded maps from other services. Anyway, I'm posting here because Firefox conveniently provides crash data, I'm not sure what else the cause could be and I'm hoping someone can help.

Two websites this has been consistently happening with are The Empire State Trail bike path (https://empiretrail.ny.gov/) and a NYC vaccine finder website (https://vaccinefinder.nyc.gov/). Firefox immediately crashes, though with the EST website it seems to be tied to the pathway of the trail being drawn (crashing after I've zoomed in a few times and the path has to regenerate). Safari doesn't totally crash, but forces a site reload and after it fails a second time says it can't display the site.

Any ideas what the issue could be? I'm on the latest version of Catalina (10.15.7), Firefox and Safari and seem to have all security updates for all.

Here's a link to the latest crash data: https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/1389c870-51cf-4790-b0a0-fd01f0211202

Ever since version 88 or 89 Firefox has started being slow to load. I have tried everything. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Started it in safe mode. Started it without the 4 addons I use. Refreshed it. Started it as a new installation with nothing on it without signing in. People have tried to direct me to troubleshooting and basically threw up their hands and chalked it up to user error. All why Chrome and Brave with all the same settings and addons open immediately and run smoothly with no issues. So I know it’s not user error. There have been a few updates for Firefox but none of them fixed anything. No one has been able to help me fix the issue. I don’t know what it is and have never had this issue before with any browser. It’s slow loading the first time I open it and then works fine afterwards, albeit more slowly than Chrome or Brave. Also, Firefox is installed on my SSD drive in my gaming laptop running more than enough memory and with a Nvidia 1060 with updated drivers.

Ever since I got my new machine, running Monterey 12.0.1 Firefox will not copy images to the clipboard. Doesn't matter whether I use the trackpad, the menu, what webite etc, it simply will not copy an image. Copying images still works in Chrome, Safari, and all my other software. It's only Firefox (running version 95.0.2 (64-bit)).
