We moved from Tucson AZ to Ellensburg WA over a month ago. Now, whenever I do a search for something "near me", it still thinks I'm in Tucson. How can this be fixed? I've done a lot of searching on the web, found multiple things to try/do (which I've done), and nothing seems to fix this issue. HELP!

I'd like to now if it's possible to roll out a version of Firefox with password manager disable. While still be able to have the account option enable so Bookmarks and History can be synced.

As my work place has disable Firefox account sync saying they cannot disable Firefox password manger.

If someone could please if this is possible is so can you share how this would be done.

The "Layout.css.page-size.enabled" configuration parameter = False ,worked effectively in previous versions, but after updating to Firefox 119.0, it no longer works whether I set it to True or False.

Orientation option is missing when I try to print documents from a website. The Firefox Print Preview window, which usually allows orientation choices for printing, is now not available.

I've a large HTML bookmarks file, all good. I'd like to transfer them and the folders to a new machine. Can I simply copy/paste selected files to a new folder, or drag/drop? I want to keep my existing nested folders/sub-folders.

I've temporarily turned off the two settings for ocsp_stapling but would like to know if anyone else has all of a sudden started getting this error.

I've been working on a website for the past few weeks and have had no problem until today when I tried to access it and received the error...

The site in question is currently https://nycc.site but this may not be up much longer as it will migrate to a new server in the coming week or two.

Every time I go to Fox News, the video at the top of the page drops to the lower right-hand corner. It's an annoyance I've been searching for a way to eliminate. I have pop-ups blocked in preferences and I have a couple of different pop-up blockers, but nothing seems to work. I'm currently using Firefox 114b.09 on a Mac Desktop.

18 July 2023 My longstanding NYTimes account started having problems with Firefox the past few days: the NYT web page loads OK on my Windows 10 notebook, but after browsing to an article or 2, I'm challenged by the usual 'I am not a robot' Capcha. When I click on the proper images, then Submit, it repeats the challenge anew, time after time. A call to the NYT webpage help line got me a person who said 'Use another browser, we're having increasing problems with Firefox.' I noted that the NYT Wirecutter and Cooking options both work OK, but she asserted those will eventually fail too, using FF I asked her to suggest the best browser, she recommended Chrome. What can be done? I've been using FF for the past 20 years and support Mozilla w regular $$. I've tried clearing the cache, allowing pop-ups for their site, and I use no Extensions or Add-ons. Help! Windows 10, latest updates, FF 115.0.2

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

I need some tips and tricks to generate an HTML email that will actually function with reasonable reliability without my having to wade through troubleshooting and correcting for the myriad problems that might and do cause it to fail because of issues with the Windows operating system, Thunderbird Add-ons and extensions, and Third Party apps that interact with shared system hardware/software resources in ways that can, and do cause failures.

The two parts to the question are: Given that I have the source code for a simple W3 compliant Web Page with internal links that renders properly in Firefox, what is the most efficient way to embed that functionality into a Thunderbird email? and

Is there any chance that it will render properly and function in the delivered email on email clients (including T-bird).

I've just spent three hours trying to find an answer stating the question as simple and as many different ways as I can.

I've struck out completely, the second strike being Mozilla support where the closest I came was a query that returned two options, one referring to doing something on the T-bird console; the other providing instructions for how to disable pop-ups in the browser, which appears to be one of the primary things that interferes with the functionality.

They were understandable, but haven't the referenced resources used them regularly in years, am not familiar with them. and am too damned old to have the patience to screw around with them.

Strike three was composing much longer request on this form and losing it. I don't remember how I did it, but when I was in the business with own web servers the standard practice was to design the web site so that the content of forms was persistent. That's ingrained, and my forgetter works to good.

Any tips or tricks will be appreciated.

Hi everybody, I am trying to delete an account of mine that I don't use. After I check all the boxes and click "continue" it asks for the password again. I triple checked and it is correct, also because I copy paste it. But the website says "Incorrect password". I tried using a private window to no avail. It fills in automatically the password of another account of mine, which I then replace with the correct one. I did not try leaving there the password of the other account, because I don't want to risk deleting my "good" account. Thank you.

A couple of weeks ago the scroll wheel on my Logitech mouse stopped working with Firefox. It works fine on all other applications on my computer but will not work on any web page or any Firefox menu. I am not using XMBC. I updated to Firefox 119.0.1 this morning and it didn't make any difference.

I'm trying to run Java in the browser on Linux, but it's not working. I've gone all the way back to Ubuntu 7.10 where the default Java is included with the operating system by default, and it is NOT detected in the latest version of the web browser that it can run, which is 17.

Hello, I need help. I downloaded and installed Firefox (latest version), the icon appears in the taskbar, but when I click on it, FireFox does not launch and I always get the same error message. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the PC, but I still have the same problem, even starting from firefox.exe in Windows (C:) >Programs>Mozilla Firefox. Could it be possible that Microsoft is blocking the launch of Mozilla Firefox? Thank you in advance for your help. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.
