please advise how to update our system. we are senior citizen, we used your system to order our food from instacart, . Now we cannot use it because we were told that instacart system were upgraded, our system should al also be upgraded, Unfortunately, we are not computer "savy". PLease help. My computer had repairs, after the repairs firefox was Not working. I downloaded it again, and it was a newer version ,but my bookmarks were there. After my computer was turned off, then turned back on, a version of firefox, that came up was from 2006 came up along with bookmarks from that time period. The only profiles I can find(3 profiles) are all old, nothing with newer (from the last 5 years) bookmarks. How do I find the New profile that I downloaded just 2 days ago... that has all my 5 years of bookmarks? I tried to find this other account, with profiles, but was not able to.

Hi, I'm about to upgrade my old laptop to windows 10, but it's not very powerful. The processor is adequate with 1.67 GHz, but only have 2 gigs of memory.

This Toshiba laptop can handle a 64 bit system, but came with 32 from the factory. Since the model is quite old, about 15 years, it's better I stick with a 32 bit install. My question is - how long will Firefox be maintaining your 32 bit browser with updates?

Tried to use my Google ID to sign in to a website and got the following message. "We're unable to open Google Sign-In. Please adjust your browser's privacy settings or use a different sign-in option" Can not fine any thing in Privacy options that will fix this. I don't want to set up IDs for every site. Thanks Pat

I just loaded your new Alias email into my Windows computer and now I the email to log into my Gmail will not show or open. How do I turn off my current email from being taken over by your software?

Should I delete the program all together?

Is there a way to tell the software which sites to keep?

This software has not been thoroughly tested out. Take it off and go back to the drawing board.

there is a weird white overlay in the edges of firefox. try looking at the edges of the screenshot. sorry if it`s a terrible screenshot and terrible english using firefox 95.0.1 (this error started now) and windows 10 21h2. i`ve deleted my entire firefox profile from file explorer and reinstalled it. maybe is it that but this error started before that.
