After my last Firefox upgrade install I can no longer access both The Home Depot and Lowes websites. This is the message I get when trying to access the Lowes web page search:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/Search=windows&catalog=4294772368&ac=true" on this server.

Hello! I can't login to my x.com account from Firefox 115.35.2esr on Windows 7 SP1. I'd was stay logged in many years before I accidentally clear my cookies. And now I can't login. It just reloaded input form when I type my login and press "Next"button. I tryed login from Private mode, I tryed to disable all addons. Nothing helped. But I still can login/logout from Firefox 140.10.2 on Windows 11.

In Firefox console I see

148.0 was updated today and somewhere the user profiles was changed; all website addresses for pw management were not able to connect. I have two computers on a home network; 1. a Digital Engine Win7 enterprise with Firefox ESR 115.33 operating OK, 2 is a CUBI mini Windows 10 Enterprise Firefox `48.0. I am in process of taking the windows 7 out of service and was doing some cleanup on home network and I noticed had a connection failure on the 2. machine. I looked at the browsers and discovered that the old firefox data is not on desktop as it once was, and I also noticed that the user profile for the about:profile was wrong. I need to restore the CUBI profile. I was moving some things around and lost continuity somewhere. II just remembered....there is a refresh on the control panel for mozilla. looks like this is going to work just fine. The old windows 7 makes a good traveling encyclopedia!

Ok I did a refresh; the machind took over recovered all the data files, repaired and cleared a path for restart of Firefox. and that failed due to a TLS handshake between Mozilla and Google.failed. I have mozilla, firefox, google and chrome accounts. All google accounts are logged out at this time; mozilla is logged in on the Win 7 machine and the failed refreshed machine needs to do the TLS....

Question: should I log in to google account and repeat a refresh? Seems like a dumb question

I answered my own dumb question.....I signed on to google and I guess Mozilla refress allowed the default browser to get the handshake but I noticed the settings were incomplete on my oped Firefox; once I set my tabs and prefs the web addresses were back to norm....I have a working pair of end of life OS PCs which are still going strong thanks to the Mozilla Open House! When I open FF I get the message "Update available. FF couldn't update automatically. Download the new version - you won't lose saved information or customizations. < download > < dismiss >." When I click "help > about", the message box says I'm on the latest version of FF for my Windows 7 computer, 115.32.0esr (32-bit). I understand I need a new computer and that Mozilla isn't providing more updates to those of us left behind. However, I don't recall ever getting messages telling me to download a version when there wasn't an update that I could actually install on my current hardware and OS. Am I missing something by not doing the download to which reference is being made in the cited recurrent message? Can I expect to get this non-actionable "Update available" message from now on? i been using my bank to pay my bills. but all of sudden i can't . it says my browser is outdated, but it isn't. the rest of the banking site works fine just my bill pay. and it works fine for everything else online.

I just downloaded the newest update 115.359esr (32 bit) and I am now locked by cloudflare. I literally just got a new wifi router yesterday. I am in a rural area, but my area is not listed as having any cloudflare outages and my IP address is clean. I am stuck ate home ill and with a work injury so m only outside contact is internet. When I went to cloudflare it says I cannot log in to thier community to ask for help because my browser is outdated, and to upgrade to a different browser, and one in the newest mozilla ROFL!!! My new wifi router uses At&T and other than 5 houses on my street there is a grade school which is why I checked my IP address. I am using an old WIN laptop because it is all I can afford, but all software other than win is current and updated.

One minute I was doing some normal searches at dogpile.com and the next second I was blocked form it and any other website that uses cloudflare. I suspect some problem with mozilla incompatibility with cloudflare because cloudflare says I am using an old incompatable browser when I am not, but m background i CGI graphics not programming. A VPN with or without a IP switcher, cleaning my cache (thought its set to clean on browser closing), checking my antivirus, etc... no change. I tried an intense Ccleaner scan and no change.

I read in other posts that there have been cloudflare problems with falsely flagging users recently, but this is not my area of expertise. It just seems to be on my laptop. Even websites I randomly chose, and I have never been to before that use cloudflare are blocking me.

Any ideas?

Hello, I have been having some problems with my computer and ended up with 2 Firefox versions. They are both exactly the same 115.33Oesr. In the trouble shooting information it looks like they are exactly the same. The main difference is that the older version has all my Saved Password Logins. The newer version does not.

Another interesting thing is that only the newer version is in my Programs an Features. It says it was downloaded today. I downloaded a few days ago. I did do a System Restore to take care of another problem.

I was hoping to uninstall one of them but only the newer version is the one showing in my Programs. I am afraid to uninstall it and end up not having a Firefox at all or to loose all of my Saved Password Logins from the older version that is not showing in my Programs. I have a lot and I use them constantly. Just easy to sign in. Too many different passwords, impossible to remember. I do have a book with all of them but it takes forever to find them. How can I merge all these Saved Passwords Logins to the newer version?

I would really appreciate all the help I can get, please!!!!

I admit I have a minimal machine for FF --- Win 7 pro, 2G ram but up to now it has managed---I just can't have too many large tabs open at one time. What gives with this install prob???
