Good evening, the built-in VPN has not been working for a week, when enabled, NO sites open and the message "could not connect to the VPN" pops up, the browser is blocked completely, what to do?

The recent changes to the right-click menu on YouTube are a backward step. The menu is now cluttered with options I don't use, while the useful “Open in New Window” option has disappeared. I regularly use this function and having to use Shift+click instead is unnecessarily inconvenient. Please consider restoring “Open in New Window” to the context menu. Not every new feature is an improvement, and sometimes the simple, familiar options are the ones users actually want.

Iam getting statements saying someone living in same town as I getting on my account with a Linux or android what is Linux representing and when they say android with one ?? I have 3 different thing's i use but I never use a computer. Lap top or desk type???.

Firefox exhibits significant performance and usability issues related to its cookie and data storage management. Despite implementing ad blocker extensions, the browser remains saturated with cookies and persistent advertisements. Regularly clearing browsing data and cookies is necessary; however, navigating to the settings menu is time-consuming. I recommend developing a browser widget that facilitates rapid data clearing directly from the toolbar or frame. Additionally, implementing a session-saving feature to preserve a set of pinned tabs upon closing and reopening the browser would enhance workflow efficiency, allowing for a quick start with a predefined workspace.

This is all happening while using it for simple tasks like search or copying a text.

Furthermore, the browser experiences severe performance degradation when utilizing certain web applications, such as Kapwing for video editing. Since uninstalling Vivaldi, I am considering migrating to an alternative browser due to these issues. Tasks that typically require one minute are now prolonged to hours, as the browser intermittently becomes unresponsive, effectively limiting usability. This sluggishness persists even after system restarts, with CPU utilization reaching approximately 50%, as detailed in the attached performance report. Notably, I encountered a significant delay—up to an hour—to correct a single spelling error or open a new tab, indicative of underlying performance bottlenecks.

Please address these issues to improve browser stability and usability.

I have personal files on rapidgator.net & premium account. if i try to download one of this files on firefox my speed is only 2-4Mb/s if i try to download with JDownloader the speed is 45-55Mb/s (one single file) This has been happening since October 2025...

After closing the records in the window, how many windows can be kept now?

I had 6 windows open before closing my browser, but only 5 were automatically restored after reopening it; there are no other windows in the closing history either. What happened? There are no other windows in the closed history section either. What's going on!?!?

When I click on a PDF link it will auto download the PDF but then if I click on the same link again it opens it inline. I want it to always open inline and if I wish to save it I'll manually do that.

I've looked around and I found this that mentions using browser.download.start_downloads_in_tmp_dir and browser.download.open_pdf_attachments_inline. While setting the downloads to be in the tmp dir is nice for not clogging up my downloads it still doesn't solve the issue of opening and not saivng. The setting for opening pdf attachments inline sounds like it should fix it but still every time the first time I click it, it starts downloading it.

Is there any other setting that could stop this or some reason why those settings might not apply in all situations?

Had been able to use bill pay for my checking account on my Mac desktop. Now when I hit submit and pay it doesn’t do anything. I’ve been told it’s my browser. Please advise.

I have the VPN from Firefox and I have chosen United States for location. Do I now simply search (google or whatever engine) or is there something else thhat I am missing?
