i've been trying to look for the advertised built in firefox vpn but all instructions fall short when there is no vpn sign up icon showing up in my toolbar. i also tried looking for it in the customize toolbar but it also not there. i would like to enjoy the perks of being a firefox user, this built in vpn would be great if it worked like how you described it would work. please check the articles being published if it is accessible to all users because this article is posted for a while now i have just been waiting for an update that would make it work but it still doesnt. if there is an actually working built in vpn then that would be great, if my firefox account cant access it then that would be fine also but the article should also state the reason why i cant. because ive been trying and hoping ever since the first notif for that vpn. so please check what the reason would be. thank you

Hi, Lately I haven't been able to add a bookmark icon on my 4-row new tab page. There's still to empty spots I would like to fill but can't find the usual + button. Thanks for the help

Steps that remove my pinned tabs from Firefox:

Open pinned web app from taskbar. Open regular Firefox browser.

Any pinned tabs that were in the browser before opening the web app are lost.

Is this already reported? I can't imagine this is intended behavior.

I have the latest version 151.0.2 (64-bit), always update. It's terribly buggy now out of nowhere. Tabs won't connect to the internet after laptop wakes from sleep. All other browsers still do. If I close FF and reopen I lose ALL my tabs even though for decades I've had it set to reopen all tabs. What's up?

Went to VRBO website to look at a reservation and the website, which showed me as signed in, showed nothing of the reservation. Said I had no reservation,, no history of saved searches. When I used Microsoft Edge, all my previous reservations, searches etc. were accessible. I cleared my Firefox cookies, etc. still had the same problem

After Windows 11 Home's Microsoft password manager supports passkey, I have troubles with passkeys in Microsoft password manager, not Windows Hello.

1. Firefox failed to login into sites with passkeys in Microsoft password manager tied with sites.
2. After Firefox added a passkey into Microsoft password manager (at that time, no error occurs and display succeed messages), Firefox an Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) fails to login by the passkey. And this trouble continues after Edge replaces the passkey tied with the site.

So, I can't use passkeys in Microsoft password manager.

Have you heard something like this troubles?

Hello, In my prior versions of the Firefox browser for Windows 10, I saved and used 1 row of shortcuts right under the search field of the browser. When I updated to v151, the same saved shortcuts keep overwriting with recently viewed pages, just like the history list. Is there a way to stop the browser from overwriting my saved shortcuts row? Presently, I have to manually delete every single overwritten shortcut to maintain a clean list of saved shortcuts after having browsed to other websites; this cleanup process is getting old! FYI, I do used the bookmark toolbar also, but there just a few saved shortcuts that I like to have and frequently use in the single row of shortcuts. Please advise how to save my succinct row of desired shortcuts if that's now possible to do. Thank you.

When I start Firefox it automatically reopens all the tabs from my previous session. I would prefer it to start with a blank page or just my homepage. Which setting controls whether Firefox restores the previous session on startup? Using Firefox desktop. Thanks for any help.

X.com videos won't play on Firefox, one or two play, but most won't, they simply buffer with a white moving circle without playing. I have Adblock Plus and a couple of other adblock extensions, but even when I disable those, the X.com videos still won't play. They play fine on Safari. I have Mac Book Air 2022, OS Sequioa 15.6.1

Since Firefox's previous update, I am no longer able to log into my bank account. I have done everything suggested in the help menu. I've cleared cookies, etc. What changed overnight? I can go to Chrome and long in just fine. Just not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

This is true particularly with ChatGPT and Claude, but has happened on other tabs in the past couple of days. When I am on a different tab, and I click on a "problem" tab to view that content- it duplicates the tab instantly. If I click on "x" to close it, it duplicates again. I can close with Ctrl-W. It seems like certain tabs are "magic" tabs, because sometimes I can click the "x" to close a duplicate tab without issue. But when I go back to the original problem tab- the behavior persists. I don't really want to purge the cache for these sites, but I will if I have to. I had installed a new extension (TamperMonkey) a few weeks ago, but everything seemed fine until a couple days ago. I disabled that extension yesterday, but the problem persists. This problem existed before the latest Firefox update. I went to check the previous version number before posting (I update frequently) and it updated today.
