Why does Vanguard say my Firefox browser is no longer supported. It says I have to update to the latest version. I am using version 115.26.0esr (64-bit) and it says Firefox is up to date.

Their website seems to work okay, but they say I may not be getting the "best experience," whatever that means.

Any information about this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have run thru all suggested fixes clearing cache / cookies using private mode disabling extensions / ad blocker / tracking protection

other retail sites and browsers fine

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I am using win 7 ultimate, with fire fox 115.32.1 ESR,. The LinkedIn main window gets squished to top left corner in a small square, other pages open up normally. Internet archive site does not sign me in as the blue button of sign-in doesn't function. I can't change pass words nor sign-in. Website Cell Press opens research papers in a single verticle line in left corner, downloaded pdf papers open normally. Other browsers like Comodo and Chrome do not cause such issues.

Here's the error page I get from O'reilley Auto Parts when searching. (I don't get this error when on O'relley com, but ONLY when searching for a part and ONLY with Firefox on my desktop. This started just a few months ago. All ad blocks and U Block Origin are disabled):

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

Trying to reactivate my Adobe CS6 software package and when I try to login to the Adobe website it tells me that to access the Adobe site I have to update my Mozilla browser by adding JavaScript to the browser. Why is this required and is there any means to access Adobe using Firefox without complicating the browser by adding JavaScript?

I have latest one version of Mozilla. 115.33.0esr (64bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6. Why I obtaining this message from Google Drive - DOCS ? I think at this browser missing lots of things, some web pages do not show correctly and is impossible to report it, notwithstand Mozilla have button to reporting. Anny idea? And yes, i have to stand on High Sierra still.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?
