When I select a bookmark to select a web site I have other web sites loading in along with the selected. This just started all of a sudden.

How do I stop it?

Per Updates critically important open tabs were no longer accessible following the Updates in question. I need to recover the missing activity-chronic or request that the unfinished activity up to the point of Update be retrieved.

Hi! I'm on my work computer; we use Chrome officially, but I've just downloaded Firefox specifically to use the VPN. When I click on 'Get started' on the 'Try Firefox's built.in VPN' button, it takes me to the sign-in page, and when I hit 'continue', it returns to the original screen and the 'Get started' button.

Firefox decided to not play any sound on my laptop, Spotify works on itself, if I open it in Firefox it doesn't. Same with YouTube and everything else. I use Artix Linux, I double-booted with Windows and it works on it, just not on Artix for some reason. I have tried to allow acces to it, even redownloaded everything, nothing worked. It's not the biggest problem, since there are subtitles, but it would be good if it worked.

hi; when accessing AOL or Yahoo mailboxes from Firefox. I normally write email/reply & edit before sending. for example highlighting or making some letters bigger./bold/diff colour for emphasis. Since ~ 1month ago this has stopped. i msut now copy to word doc/ edit, then copy & paste back into email then send. When using Opera or edge it is ok. why was this done??? no reason i can see Also if i access my yahoo email box from edge that also works perfectly you dont need any screenshots as issue is explained. maybe it is some kind of conflicting setting in firefox?

Hi, Firefox is hard to use for me right now. The screen turns sometimes black while using the browser. Especially when opening pdf documents in Firefox the screen turns black before the document opens. Also, after switching to another tab or App the pdf is not visible anymore and also black (see sreenshot). I have tried reinstalling Firefox and also start in troubleshoot mode. What is the issue??

if you have a group of tabs shrinked, you can click on it and move it around similar to how you can move a single tab. if you move a single tab, and hover it over a tab group, tab group gets highlighted and a single tab gets added to the tab group it hovered. can't you make it so that when you hover a tab group over a single tab, the tab also gets added to that tab group, w/o the need to load the contents of the tab?

I have an external camera (Four miles away from home) can access live cam & recordings via mobile phone. Want to be able to view this cam on my Windows 11 laptop, directly without using Netsee app or an emulator. I understand (*Usually very little - tech!) that this is quite possible to link this camera via my Firefox browser, to my laptop. I have the IP address, is there any kind sole out there that could help me achieve this?

This message "We are experiencing some temporary issues. The market data on this page is currently delayed." display by Firefox every time I get into finance.yahoo.com recently, but not by other browser. search the message online and follow the steps try to solve the problem and not success.

Dear Firefox, I am a new user, so I must apologize in advance for how naive I may be. I had attempted to search for my answer online, but did not find it.

I was previously on Chrome, and enjoy the tab interface there. As I move to Firefox, I notice that instead of having all my tabs listed at once, after some point I instead am met with "Scroll forwards" and "Scroll backwards" options.

I understand that this may look cleaner and less cluttered to some, but I personally dislike this, as I took comfort in the organized chaos of my many tabs - I was able to navigate through with ease, a single click to open the tab I desired rather than scrolling through my many tabs, which I feel may become incredibly annoying and inconvenient for me.

Is there any way to fix this?

Is it possible to add a 'note' to a saved username and password combination to a particular website? This is important in cases where (idiotic) websites require the user to have multiple usernames and passwords for different login routes/roles.

power up and get previous home page with bookmarks page from prior session. cannot delete page using 'x' upper right. cursor not effective . I have to click on firefox logo to start a new session. Note the old display comes up at each login. Cannot delete I must overlay. Please help. Greg

I have Bitdefender SecurePass Installed, enabled and populated but I can't put an icon for it on my toolbar or, apparently, actually activate it in any other way. Bitdefender suggests there is a bug in Firefox causing this. They suggested that setting Firefox to save history should fix it but it didn't. They also suggested that working in incognito mode might be the problem. I have tried turning off incognito mode and this still has not solved my problem.

When I originally set up SecurePass, it worked fine - the logo icon appeared on the toolbar and it activated when required. I then had a problem with getting multiple popups that purported to be warnings from Firefox about viruses and trojans. I eventually had to completely uninstall and then reinstall Firefox in order to get rid of the popups and now I have this problem with being unable to actually use Bitdefender SecurePass.

In den Einstellungen ist meine Präferenz für Deepl.com korrekt aktiviert. Ich möchte Firefox als Standardbrowser nicht aufgeben, doch das scheint die einzige bekannte Lösung zu sein, die sofort hilft. Ich nutze an einem PC mit Windows 11.

Meine Frage: Wo kommt dieser Bug her und wie muss ich Firefox genau einstellen, damit solche Blockaden nicht passieren?

(Ich beobachte solche dummen, unerwünschten Blockaden in Firefox leider häufig, nehme dann manchmal den Link und öffne ihn einfach in Chrome, was immer problemlos möglich ist. Ich möchte nicht die Funktionalität des Browsers mit endlos vielen "Sicherheitseinstellungen" erwürgen.)

Hi, I realized the other day when I went to use firefox that my bookmarks and history were all missing from firefox. I first tried to see if it was a profile issue like listed here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-lost-or-missing-bookmarks but even though it had another profile my history and bookmarks weren't in the other other profile either. Next I tried the next method on the page where it says you can go to manage bookmarks then once in your library you can click restore to fix it but it refuses to bring up any files or folders when I do this. Also the library is totally empty and there's none of the previous shortcuts that show up from your most common pages when you open the new tabs, but when I opened firefox the first time it had the tabs I was previously on when I opened it like the previous session. My computer is very old and sometimes doesn't like to open new applications but a web browser or folder is basic enough that I've never really had issues with it other than slowness.

Linux Mint OS Firefox 152.0.4 Firefox does not recognize embedded iframes in local app page, anymore! I have a local docker app that can be accessed and functions properly,except for one thing The app has pages that have an iframe embedded within each page The iframe USED to display the correct iframe data for the page displayed NOW when an app page is accessed . everything on the page displays as normal and in the correct physical location,, EXCEPT for the iframe !!! The iframe contains a LOCAL url The page "looks" as if there is no iframe to be acessed ANY ideas??? Thanks, Anne

When downloading a form from a web site, I unfortunately selected *Deny All* from the new security Drop Down Box. Now all downloads "failed" as response. How can I change this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled browser, however no change.
