I am trying to make an Add-on to help simplify daily things I do at work. I have already made the addon and it works fine, but I'm trying to improve it but I've run into issues. The addon's popup window scrapes data from our ticketing system, then shows the data that it found and has a print button. That print button opens a new window and prompts to print, then closes automatically. I am printing a receipt with data pertaining to the user, their computer, and location. For certain tickets, I want to hide/remove certain fields, but for other tickets keep those fields. I already have it set up to always show the fields whether there is data there or not, but for this one specific ticket type I want those fields to be hidden. Right now, the version of this addon for Chromium browsers works fine and does what I want it to, but when I try to set it up for Firefox, it does not detect the ticket's item type. Even manually setting the variables to true does not hide the fields. Am I putting the logic for this in the wrong file? Or is it not being injected properly? Recently, when I bring up a PDF document, there is a promotion for a signature that appears on the right side of the document. When scrolling, that side of the document can't be read, if you want to print, it obscures the printer properties. I have no need of a signature for anything I do with PDF documents, so how do I get rid of the promotion? The promotion reads: "Sign on the dotted line---or anywhere! "Draw, type, or upload your signature, then place it exactly where you want. Save your go-to signature for next time."

I have a pacer account and it instructed me to download Firefox than go to tools to add adobe so I can submit documents to the court online. Im getting confused can anyone help walk me through this process

I use Google for my search engine when using Firefox web browser. I've recently been getting a long list of ads / notifications in Google when I activate Google from Firefox. It does not interfere with the functioning of Google but I have no idea how this situation occurred. I am concerned about privacy and security. This does not happen when I use Chrome as my browser. I can access Google when I use Chrome as my search engine with no useless ads or notifications appearing in Google. Thank you Ken

Where is the shortcut on the toolbar for an extension? Specifically, 1 Password? It's installed, but it doesn't seem to automatically complete the password fill-in.

I've been using LastPass with Firefox for a few years. All of the sudden when I try to open LastPass all I get is a pop up that says "Set Permissions". If I use Microsoft Edge the LastPass works fine. How do I eliminate the Set Permissions pop up?

I haven't added a new extension in quite a while and can't remember how to pin it to the toolbar. I've tried clicking on settings and the ... icon, with the extension both open and closed, but can't find "Pin to Toolbar" anywhere. Can someone refresh my memory?

I just approved an upgrade to Firefox that mentioned something about a new way of dealing with extensions. The first thing I noticed was my 1Password add-on in the toobar disappeared. I took the steps recommended by 1Password to add it back, and I can get a 1Password icon to appear on the toolbar, but it is non-functional. I confirmed 1Password is still functional with an icon in the toolbars of my other browsers. What gives?

I use Free Download Manager v3.97 along with FF Free Download Manager extension v3.22 to download files from Easynews.com. This issue may have nothing to do with Firefox except that the problem started a couple of days ago about the time 1.46.0 was installed.

When I right-click to download a video file, FDM is configure to automatically start the download. But downloads are not starting automatically now. FDM just shows the download with an hour glass figure. I have to manually stop then start the download.
