I just moved to a new Windows 11 PC from my Windows 10 PC. I backed up my Firefox profile and put it on a portable drive. I loaded Firefox on the new PC and then found the folder where the profiles are. I added the profile folder from the backup. Firefox has not found it and there is no way I've been able to discern to search for it.

I added the anti-virus after trying to set up Firefox.

Here are the particulars: Firefox version 146.0.1 (64-bit) Windows 11 Application Binary: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Profile folder: C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxx.default-release

Any help appreciated.

My old computer quit working. It had Windows 10 I purchased a new computer form Best Buy. They were unable to retrieve My bookmarks as I had left the 13 digit code to retrieve them. I am home now and have the code but do not know how to use it to retrieve the bookmarks. How do I proceed?

When using a pen to write in windows Firefox doesn't detect it and a text box doesn't appear. I've tested with chrome, as well as several other applications and they all work fine. I've also tried reinstalling firefox, as well as disabling all addons. Running latest version of windows 11 and firefox. The screenshot that I've included is what it should look like in Chrome.

What is the problem that isn't allowing my emails to load? It was fine until today. My hotmail email (outlook live) is what I use as my home page. Seems to connect, but just blank space where messages usually appear.

Hi, After the latest update, I experienced unusual Firefox behavior. When I turn off PC Firefox signs me out from all sites and when I open them it also requires me to accept cookies again (on any site, even when I visited it in the previous session). I thought that the update accidentally turned on the option to delete cookies after closing Firefox, but I still have this option unchecked in settings. I can also still se all my previous cookies in settings. Passwords are also still saved in Firefox password manager. The PC is new (3 months) so I don't expect it to have memory problems.

Should I go back to the older version of Firefox? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, Firefox 146.0 (20251205151434), I don't use any Add-ons

THE FEATURE FIREFOX MAINTENANCE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AND I GET AN ERROR MESAGE WHEN I TRY TO ACTIVATE IT WHICH VERSION IS BETTER ?THE MICROSOFT STORE VERSION OR YOUR WEBSITE VERSION.I HAVE SOFTWARE UPDATERS AND IT CONSTANTLY NOTUFIES ME MY VERSION IS OUT OF DATE.THIS HAPPENS DAILY.
