I'm using a macbook pro, running OS 14.6.1. Firefox is my default browser.

For quite some time now, whenvever I'm attempting to make an online purchase, once my payment information is entered, it just hangs, and either takes as much as 10 minutes for the purchase to go through, or it never goes through, it just keeps spinning. This is the case regardless of what website I'm ordering from, and regardless of what credit card i use.

When I switch browsers to Chrome (which i prefer not to do), it all works seamlessly and immediately.

My Firefox browser is up to date. My OS is a little out of date, deliberately, because of many reports that the current update can actually slow things down. But in spite of this, I have no trouble with anything except trying to make a purchase.

I have used Directv for 30 years. My password has suddenly become unusable. I can say I forgot the password and change it and it is accepted, but when I try to sign on, it still says something went wrong. I changed it a total of 2 additional times with the same results. Then I gave up and went over to Edge where it worked fine. Has anyone else had a problem line this.

I have for years used Firefox for logging into BofA. I have not changed my configuration but 4 or 5 months ago I started having problems. My browser is always up to date and I have standard privacy settings. In the past the problem was that the authentication wouldn't work, then firefox would freeze I would have to close the browser - when I restarted I would still be logged in (which seems strange). Now most recently when I log it it doesn't accept my credentials. I have tried removing BofA from enhanced protections and clearning the cookies related to BofA - but the problem persists.

I am logging in on my Apple laptop (by means of password protector) and using a FIDO device for authentication.  I usually get a failure message before I have even activated the FIDO device; then if I try again the whole browser freezes - no windows will work (yet when checking "force quit" it doesn't show it not responding.)

Recently I upgraded to Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS from the earlier 22.04. I have Upon logging into yahoo Email on Firefox version- 147.0.4, the message - "Something went wrong We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." is coming up. (Please refer to attached screen shot) All attempts with alternate method - with recovery methods were not success full (on Firefox)

Where as - Yahoo Email log in is successful on theses two: (1)chrome browser on the same machine (having Ubuntu 24.04) and on (2) on yahoo app on other device.

Please refer to screen shot. ( Earlier - it worked fine with Ubuntu 22.04 on firefox)

Can some knowledgeable people help me on this. Thanks!!

The site froze while playing a video. It happened multiple times. Is anyone else reporting this kind of behavior on Instagram. I closed the tab, but cpu stress-like side effects remained for a while.

Answer: Thanks for flagging this. We’re aware that some parts of the newsletter may not display correctly in Firefox, while they do load in other browsers. Unfortunately, this is a browser-specific issue and not something we’re able to control on our end.

when attempting to login to 53.com credentials are entered, login pressed, login flashes but no login.... as if there is a pop up or something that should occur and doesn't. On edge it works fine, press login and a clock like symbol overlays the login button and then you are in....

The last time Firefox updated my Etsy Dashboard would no longer connect. None of the screens I need for my shop would work. Etsy support had me clear my cache and I even did a refresh of Firefox but it still would not work. Etsy's conclusion was it had to be a Firefox issue and they could not help. I had to switch to Chrome to continue working. At some point the issue went away and Etsy's dashboard was working again. Now, after the most recent update it immediately was no longer working again and I am forced to use a different browser. What could be causing this issue related to the updates?

Everytime i try to go on YouTube and click on a video, it says that "that specific content is unavailable", with every single video i try to watch. i tried using a different browser, like Chrome, and this doesn't happen with those videos, only with Firefox. I also tried switching search engines, but it seems as if it still doesn't work.

Our main site http://wlo418.tripod.com/worldlibertarianorder/ and the many others with the same domain, when clicked upon, get a Bad Gateway error page in Firefox, but not with any other browsers. Do you have a server problem? Please fix this at your earliest convenience. We are not interested in comments by anyone's "community". Roy C Peterson

Hello, I'm seeing silver-coloured shades on my facebook page after logging in with the firefox browser (see images). They fill all access tabs, my contacts' tabs, and also the spaces in the comment sections. They remain there as long as the page is loading up. And disappear whenever the page loading stops. I told the Facebook support about it weeks ago. But they still show on my facebook page, which makes me think that it might not be facebook related since I didn't see them on my same desktop with MS edge. This noshow on latter is what prompted me to think it might be browser related. That is why I'm turning to you guys. So can anyone help with this please ?

To open a Venmo account they send you to get.venmo.com and that page will not open despite my changing various security and privacy settings. Does anyone have any experience with this that can help. I'm using Windows 11 (upgraded from Windows 10) and I've noticed that some -- only a few -- websites still think I'm using Windows 10 but I don't think that is the problem.

On February 22, my bank, (5/3.com), decided a transaction I was making using my debit card was suspicious and locked my account. I contacted them and informed them this was a legitimate transaction and they unlocked my account, and everything seemed to be alright, my card was working all seemed well. That is until I tried to log in and check my balance and I could not get in. I then contacted the bank customer service and spent over an hour with them attempting to resolve this issue to no avail. The person on the line suggested that I try another browser so I connected to Edge, entered my log in and password, (which is stored in my Mozilla), and it went right through which proved two things, my password and login were correct and the issue is with Firefox which is very odd to me since it has always worked perfectly as long as I have been with this bank. Again, this issue began when the bank lock my account and as a side note they did the same thing with my wife's account, she called and they unlocked her account and every thing works as before and she can still use her Firefox and gets right in to the same bank with no issues but not me. Again, this started on the date I provided above and I can use any other browser and I get right in with no problem but I am a loyal Firefox user and I want to only use Firefox so I hope you can assist me in resolving this aggravating issue!

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit Probleme mit unterschiedlichen Login Masken die nicht korrekt angezeigt werden.

Z.B. Online Banking, Synology NAS, etc. Ich habe Firefox jetzt schon drei Mal neu installiert, dann geht es gefühlt ein paar Tage, jetzt kann ich mich nicht mehr auf meiner Synology NAS anmelden, weil die Login Seite nicht angezeigt wird. Verwende ich z.B. EDGE funktioniert es einwandfrei!!

Igend eine Idee ?
