on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

I added Canvas Blocker on both my computer and android phone's Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/canvasblocker/

The add-on never worked well for me and cause glitches, so I disabled and uninstalled it. But I noticed now that trying to access Google Maps via Firefox in the Android app is completely broken. The site is in a constant loading/stopping loop, flickering the address between Google Maps and the new blank page tab. There's nothing on the page, it's just white. It will keep infinitely loading and unloading itself. My computer is fine and loads Google Maps without issue, it's just the android app of Firefox on my phone that's bugging out.

• This happens regardless of whether Canvas Blocker is installed, disabled, or uninstalled. I even tried disabling uBlock Origin thinking it might've been doing something, but it did nothing.
• I've tried clearing the cache, it didn't work.
• I tried clearing cookies, it didn't work.
• I went into my Apps in Settings on my phone to clear the cache, it didn't work.
• I restarted my phone, it didn't work.
• My Firefox app on my phone is updated, and my phone is updated too.
• This still happens in Private Browsing.

I can't access about: pages on my phone, so I'm completely lost on why this is broken or if this is even fixable at all. The person who made the Canvas Blocker add-on extension didn't address my issue and ignored me entirely.

I know I can just use the Google Maps app, but I don't have the space on my phone for it and I don't like how a site is broken on Firefox.

I don't wanna have to clear all my app data and uninstall and reinstall the Firefox app, I'll lose all my bookmarks and settings and add-on settings. Can anyone help me please?

Since more than a month ago I've been unable to access my AOL email on my M1 iMac using Firefox. Going to mail.aol.com now causes Firefox to hang, as does going to aol.com and then clicking on the "Mail" icon/button at the top of the browser window. The problem started after I installed the 2nd-to-most-recent Sequoia update; it continued after I installed the most recent Sequoia update; and it's still occurring now that I've upgraded to Tahoe 26.4.1. I tried uninstalling the few extensions that I was using in Firefox, but that didn't help. Neither did refreshing, updating, or reinstalling Firefox, and the problem occurs even when I've started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. I'd like to blame the MacOS updates for the problem, but those updates didn't prevent me from being able to log into my AOL account with Safari or Chrome. Thanks in advance for any suggestions that'll enable me to access my AOL email via Firefox again.

Firefox 152.0, latest Windows 11 25H2 update on HP TP01-1036. I have tried just about all the AI fix suggestions but nothing works to fix the following problem:

When viewing the Yahoo.com News page, I scroll vertically down to see each article...one after the other. When I come to an article I want to read, I left click it. The article opens within the present tab and is closed by clicking the red "X " at the upper right hand corner of the article; which in turn, returns me to were I was before opening the article. However, eventually, after a few articles are read, when closing an article, the cursor will jump back to the page's first article instead of bringing me back to where I left off on vertical arrangement of the news articles'? This has been happening for around the last one to two weeks. Nothing else seems to be out of wack.

Whenever I try and access the UGC cinema site - showing latest movies in various locations - the opening page gets blocked straightaway upon opening: my screen turns dim, I cannot select either latest movies or cinema hall where a given movies is shown... I cannot do anything. The mouse refuses to click anywhere .. Strangely when I open the same site , namely https://www.ugc.fr/ , with another net provider: either Opera or Microsoft Edge, I do not have any problem ... Why does this site work OK with Opera or Microsft Edge and not with Firefox ??? I get no warning or error message from Firefox either, nor from my Antivirus ... A real puzzle. After trying to sign in to my account on Firefox (which was successful), I could not go to either MY ACCOUNT INFO. or any other page without being signed out AUTOMATICALLY upon clicking any further tab (such as MY TV Package). Their chat technician said that FIREFOX is no longer supported! Is there any way to fix this?

Some few weeks ago (2-3), when trying to access my online banking account, the time from Login to access went from 10 seconds to a minute or more. I've tried everything I know to deal with it, including calling Tech Support at my bank. Nothing. I suspected AdBlocker+ but that is not it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox to no avail. I've cleared history. Nothing. The only thing that works consistently is to access my online banking site using Chrome. How sad is that? Chrome performs exactly like Firefox did up until a few weeks ago. I also am having the same problem trying to access a municipal online records account. When I try that site with Chrome it flows immediately from Login to access. I can only assume something has changed in Firefox in a recent update. I may try to go back to an earlier version to see if that helps.

Running this on a Windows 11 desktop machine. There were no changes made to either my computer or the Firefox settings prior to the onset of this issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

this new version is horrible. I go to Facebook and it either does not come up or it takes forever. It does it with addons on and off and i do not get half of what i post and there are just colored square no post all when i go to my page but yet it works just fine in Chrome with both extension on and off. I have cleared the cache history etc and still nothing have removed some add ons added some adblockers and it will not let me me see my notifications for at least 5 minutes and that is about how long it takes for it to work on fiirefox with and with out extensions it is a little better with out add ons If this happens with add on you recommend then why do i need them why have and offer theme them if it causes this. have tried contacting Met AI and Facebook but it only happens with Firefox why do this if it aint broke do not fix it

I have always been able to watch "NPR Watch" video clips. It was not functional on my new iMac with a new install of Firefox 149. I checked my laptop and it was fine on v147, but when updated to 149 it too was not functional. Please provide a step by step fix. I tried fixes available on internet without luck

Whenever I search for images on Google, it completely breaks Google search completely. For example, if I search for "bananas" then on the main Results page it has some results and then some sections with drop down menus for more specific questions like "What are the benefits of bananas?" etc. But if I click on the "Images" tab, then it only loads around 6-7 rows of images before failing to load any more, clicking on the images that it does load will not open a website or the typical preview panel, and going back to the main results page from that broken images tab results in none of the drop down buttons working any more.

If I sign out of my Google account completely or even sign into a different Google account, then everything works as normal. If I sign into the same Google account and attempt the same process in a different browser (Edge) then everything works as normal. I initially thought this must be an issue with my Google account since signing out/into a different account caused the issue to disappear, but the I only have this problem specifically on the specific combination of this one particular Google account and the Firefox browser.

I have tried clearing site data, disabling/deleting extensions, and even fully uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox so far and nothing has helped.

Hello. I would like to know the answer about the problem with browsing the internet. I found a website in the search engine. It is the hosting provider, web address: www.awardspace.com. The search results include much of information, those are the main header and following inherited titles like that: Home - AwardSpace.com, Get Shared Hosting for $2.9…, Login, Domains, Resources, Signup, Free Hosting, Pricing, WordPress Hosting, and other description with lower case. The problem is that the browser does not display any content of this web-page. When browser have been loading web-page source code the content does not become visible, the browser's page remains white empty. Seems like that is kind of a developer's problem. I thought to ask there but when I was trying to get access to www.discourse.mozilla.org it returns the connection issue, something like that my internet does not work. So I am writing here with hope to resolve my issue. Browser must make the content of the web-page to have been appeared but it does not do it. The source code was available and had been retrieved by me, it is possible to copy it in other place like a text editor for example. New file HTML with the same source code of the web-page has no change of appearance of it in the browser.

When changing tags in Microsoft 365 Term Store, the changes are not showing on the respective Sharepoint sites and lists when displayed in Firefox. The tags still show the old values. Refreshing the page and deleting the cache does not solve the issue. Only uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox resolves the issue. The problem does not occur in Microsoft Edge.

vary unhappy with the new update. never have had issues with fire fox like this. when going to zillow.com i get this message: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination. I noticed this is only the fire fox browser having this issue. i have already disabled ad blocker and vpn reset fire fox lost all my tabs! reset the computer and nothing still, i get the same message. i have used fire fox since it was a thing and recommending it always. getting a different browser right now to do my house buying, i don't feel safe using fire fox for this adventure any longer. my apologies if this seems like an emotional decision but i see this in everything that gets to big they lose the plot its an infection that is embedded in everything now, windows, home and car pricing. major changes to os and how its used. company's hate there customers anymore and were noticing.

Hello, I been trying to open a website connected to my OTC ON MY UCARD...Everytime I try to open a page to go shopping I get a promt on the top line where MOZILLA SPPORT is right now, The promt says OPEN TOKEN FORUM, and it won't let me in, it just does nothing. I've try talking to TECH FROM WINDOWS AND HE SAYS TO CONTACT UNTIED HEALTHCARE...Well they don't know what is the peoblem either. Has anybody ever heard of OPEN TOKEN FORM?

I'm stuck in an endless loop in Firefox for Linux (MX Linux) whenever Cloudflare is used as security.

I click "verify you are human" and it just loops back to the very same challenge. It isn't broken in other web browsers like Vivaldi for Linux. Or Firefox in Windows 11. Just Firefox for Linux.

It has been this way for months.

I have had an email account for the last 28+ years. (*.msn ) For several months, I have not been able to access my account directly on Firefox. I can access it on Microsoftedge. To log in, I enter my email address. I then enter my password. I have recently replaced an old password with a new password. Microsoft does not accept it directly. At first it (Microsoft login) asked me for the first 2 digits of my cell phone number, then a puzzle. Sometimes this works, sometimes not. More recently they have rejected any attempts because I have tried unsuccessfully too many times. That may be as few as 2 times. I have gone through several variations of solving this problem within Microsoft help. Each attempt ends at either going onto a loo[p or Micosoft asking for a code, pass key, or proof through another email I have. I have accumulated a list of codes, PIN numbers, all of which do nothing. I have been at this since 3 April.
