Hello! I tried adding two-step authentication to my account, but every time i try to do it and enter the code from the app there is a "Incorrect two-step authentication code" message, despite checking it and retrying multiple times. I am using the google authenticator app.

Dear Supprot, I keep getting an alert when logging into some of my websites with a box security use key, its becoming very annoying indeed! I tried all my PW keys nothing is working. I just want this gone cause it is very troubling I don't remember even setting it up. It is a big pain! Request comes from Firefox Mozilla use security key/touch your key. I really want to eliminate this method since I have a new and different one to use..

A few months ago I made an account on Firefox, synced all my data(passwords), then when I lost my PC I tried to login but couldn't find the recovery key. Now I found it, is there a way to use that recovery key to get back my saved passwords?

I know nothing about computers, I am 80 years old. I have been trying to get authenticator for weeks. i DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT !!! CAN YOU SHOW ME ? I am deaf and have no phone. I only use facebook, messenger and yahoo e-mail, plus play pch games. Thanks for any help

I have "Open tabs in links instead of new windows" checked.

I have no plug-ins that would cause this.

I have experimented with the various, conflicting "about:config" directions given online. (Nothing works, so I have reset about:config to default.)

• It is also worth noting the Firefox Support page is immune to its own Dark mode. WHY.

I am going to switch to Opera, since it has none of these problems.

Before commenting or responding on this post, make sure you actually READ IT first. I am so tired of these online MANSPLAINERS being all, "Go to about:config and do blah-blah-blah," or, "This is what you do: Go to Settings > General > Tabs > make sure you check the box that says "Open tabs in links instead of new windows."

Seriously, way too many people online are like customer support agents on the phone: "Try unplugging it and wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in; try closing it and restarting it."

If anyone has any real solution, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Whenever I log into QuickBooks Online, I get two popup messages about Firefox/Mozilla wanting me to set up a passkey in Hello Windows. I do not want to do this and cannot figure out how to make it stop asking me. I already have MFA on QBO. This just slows down the login process.

Hoping someone has a solution.

To set up a Passkey, it says to enter a pin, which it then says I can find and change in Settings. I can't find any of it because my Mozilla account, even though I'm not doing anything, says it has timed out. Please help me locate my PIN. Thank you

Trying to set up gmail 2 step verification, they insist I put in a Mozilla PIN. Never heard of it, got, or asked for it. So asking help gives zero relevant answers, they talk about pinning tabs, whatever that is... Does anyone know anything about these PINS? Where to get one, where to go if they think I have one? How to access it? Any help is appreciated.
